Azure looked around the courtyeard from the rooftop taking mental notes on the guards movements and patterns so he knew what to deal with later on when he ranstacked the place. He came to the castle simply to get information and kill some time before he and his new friend made their way back to the guild. I should hit up the archive building at some point, he thought to himself patting his Gryphon on the back as a sign to head back to the Inn. Last time he was here they let him walk out with the Gryphon well more of fly out with no problem and given they had a whole binding spell placed on the Lacrima.

The scholar crossed the rooftop over to a tree that lead in to the courtyard or at least thats what he hopped that it did anyway, the leafs shifted as he hugged the branches with each decent down the tree he could hear some of the gurads conversation as they passed by while some questioned if the tree was giving shelter to some Squirals or some other woodlen beast. Really should've waited till midnight for to do this! he thought as he attempted to lower himself more only to have the branch he was holding on to snap sending him tumbling down the tree. When he finally landed he was upside down "Welp that happened.." he muttered as he looked around only to find that he wasn't in the court yard but a small garden which was new. Azure looked around the garden to see someone peacfully asleep or just sapcing out, they were too far to really tell.

Guards are placed everywhere but the place something is most likely to go down or that whats he's read in books and seen when he was back home. Azure hated this place it was so big and endless he couldn't find a pathway that would bring him to an exit but at the same time he enjoyed not being chased by teh guards so it was win/lose type deal.

After what felt like an hour of looking for a way out the garden he found the exit that was being protected by Guards so that was always fun and going back up the tree was not on the table, I really don't have time for this he thought tapping his left foot on the ground creating a grey magic seal underneath storing the mana in his leg right before preforming a spin kick sending the built up mana at the two guards heads which should have been enough force to knock them out. With the guards out, for the time being, he now had to find his way to the study cause what rich person doesn't have a study. Gotta here and get what I can he told himself running down the hall doing his best to make as little noise as possible less he get a repeat of last time but without his Gryphon

Azure raced down the hallway passing by many doors some real some fake in hopes of finding the study though it wouldn't take long for the guards to take notice of him running around so. The fact that he was able to get into the castle twice now without being to raised several questions in his mind and most of them were involved taking over the castle but he wasn't nearly strong enough for that yet but one day he would be. Guards had begun to show up slowly but seeing as they weren't the brightest all he had to do was make a small opening and exploit it to the fullest. "Definitely should have come at night," he muttered guessing that it was almost the afternoon if not sometime after either way he had the worst picked the worst time to do things and this was a prime example.

Attacks:

Four guards stood before him two on each side of him blocking his escape which wasn't much he could handle them it was just the matter of beating them before more showed up to support. Azure could either start slinging spells left and right or just get them to kill each other either way would probably cause him more trouble in the end but that was one thing the scholar how to get around most days, this not being one of those days. The one guard from each side rushed at him with their spears while the other two stood at the ready for in case he managed to get past the first two, "Oh come on guys is really necessary I was looking for the bathroom." he commented dropping to the floor as the two guards just bearly missed him.

Wasting no time the scholar would sweep the leg of the two guards and get to his feet in the same action, by this time the other the second guard in front of him lowered his stance as he prepared to rush him with his spear. Oh come on this is going nowhere, he thought picking up one of the spears and slamming the but of it into the guards face knocking him out for the time being. Azure tapped his foot on the ground creating a grey magic seal underneath him storing the mana in his legs to sprint past the guard and make it down the hallway.

As he raced down the hallway he tripped over his own two feet and crashed into away "Okay gotta leave like now!" he said aloud looking for any window to jump out of but the fates would not be so kind at the current moment. The guards were surely on their way and he needed to find a way out fast lest he risks being sent to jail and being killed in jail. To think the first time he was able to escape from here with little to no problem at all but now he was in desperate need of an assist.

Spell:

Running out of options and escape routes Azure needed to do something that the wouldn't normally do to get out of the castle and that would be to take a hostage. With the situation, the way that it is he would need to do this just ensure no one would stop him from leaving even though after that he would need to leave the city right after letting them go. Finding a staff member wasn't that hard as he passed a few of them while running away Okay you can do this just grab someone and kill them after! he told himself looking for anyone really.

Azure made his way through the halls when making sure to avoid anyone that had a weapon so he could save the energy for later as to what he would use it for then even he didn't know at the current time though if things went as he thought it would before getting away. From what he could tell it was past noon which meant that the number of guards might have gone up so time really wasn't on his side. Just around a corner was a single maid cleaning a vase that looked spotless from his view but who was he to judge someone paid to clean, he walked over to her and took he left arm and twisted it behind her back, "Do as I say and you'll live okay?" a rather simple thing to be honest. The Maid shivered as he kept her arm behind her "What do you want?" she asked to which the scholar didn't reply given embarrassing the situation was. Now that he acquired a hostage he just needs to make sure that he got them to the gates in one piece without a single mistake in between the that.

Azure had the maid guide him outside the castle where roughly five guards where waiting for him but being the man he is the outcome was within the realm of possibility. The Maid began to sob as they walked through the guards. The question of what to do with the women ran through his mind over and over again, seeing as this was the first time he's done this it was to be expected. The Guards lead him to the gates and allowed him to pass through with his guest but before he would raise his hand in front of them with their fingers in a gun shape and a ball of magical energy that's 0.25 meters in diameter right through the maid's lower spin causing her to fall forwards as he would let go of her at the same time so he could get a head start on the guards.
