Another day, and another quest to start it off with. The way she saw it, Blue Pegasus had slowly been making headway in their expansion into the new city. In this particular meaning, new city held a whole other, if far more exciting prospect as Myras hadn't exactly been open and welcoming of strangers up until a few months ago. Blue Pegasus was new here but, so was every other guild... All the quest contracts they could get from the city, all the resulting influence resulting... With everything up for grabs, this made Myras the ideal place for those whose only realistic idea of expansion meant non agressive.

"But what can you really possibly offer people who have everything and then more...?", mused the sculptress, smiling at the wealthy, affluent passerbys as she strode inside the Silver District.

Indeed, when it came to expaning into the most well off part of town, one has to wonder just how to possibly turn into an essential presence. Mind you the people of the silver district aren't necessarily afraid of invasions or anything of the sort. They should be, but granted, not on Blue Pegasus' part, and probably not on their neighbours part either.

With everything they could ever need and no real enemies to speak of, Alisa saw but simple solution... One way or another, Alisa simply had to make them an offer they couldn't refuse.

To understand what she had to offer that nobody else could, what she could use to help those she favoured in consolidating their power and prosperity. To find herself allies, mutually beneficial arrangements that wealthy people could easily be tempted by: Blue Pegasus had deep coffers, and the power to keep them safe, trust in the strength of the woman known as Alisa Vollan. That power had value in the end, for that kind of trust came with a corresponding price tag.

"After being cut off for so long... You can only imagine how many golden opportunities they missed~", mused the sculptress, knowing she merely had to provide something for the elites to further their own in however way they pleased. Though they seemed adamant to prevent even a Light Guild like Blue Pegasus from carving out too big a chunk of their district, Alisa needed to tempt only for a few of them to have a bite of the forbidden fruit.

Mind you, as Alisa strode throughout these streets, she'd have seen positively underdressed for the place she found herself in: Projecting a calm, self confident presence that left people at ease, coupled with a charming, eye catching visage easily reeling their attention, Alisa got more than a couple, intrigued glances from the fine dressed citizens of the Silver District, instinctively chiding herself for not having dressed up in one of her classier choices of wardrobe. But instead, here she was, clad in sleek and skintight, leather padded armor, looking exactly like a Guild mage freshly arrived from a quest... If not for the fact that her armor looked neat and pristine, as if it had only been freshly put on, so much that it might have left the citizens assuming her Quest had only just begun...

For someone of her status, securing high importance, if low profile missions was easy enough... Merely being in town long enough allowed her with a flood of recognition and the contracts that came with them, and some people just needed a difficult task completed without attracting too much attention. Such as protecting the delivery of a priceless sword a wealthy client had only recently procured.

Even if a whimsical guild master such as Alisa seldom did something without a purpose: Choosing to wander into the silver district without first changing into something more comfortable might displease some of the more aristocratic lot, a man famous for his collection of swords would undoubtedly be intrigued by the plentiful rare items on her person, aside from the woman herself.

"Dirk Westchester hmm...? I wonder what kind of man he'll be in person~", she spoke, carrying the man's glimmering claymore on her back as if part of her own arsenal, knowing there was no safer place for the priceless weapon than within reach of her own hand... She'd ran quite a few missions for his company as she worked through the open contracts, mostly just securing expensive deliveries, clearing out powerful monsters from near their mines.

After all, in return for everything Blue Pegasus might offer, Alisa got to cherry pick as much as she wanted: Even among a widely corrupted sphere of society, some honest few yet etched out their own existence, and one needed only find them. Yet Alisa wasn't so callous as to pick the first seedy Merchant that came her way, or even any self entitled aristocrat, no matter how wealthy... Having spent these past few days in Myras, meeting people, completing quests, turning herself into a known face... She'd also came to recognize the many thriving businesses in Myras, and discovered the names behind those businesses. Myras was an bustling industrial city after all, one needn't even look hard to come upon genuine quality, and only a few moments longer to acknowledge another form of aritstry in those whose business depends on their reputation. To find someone among the powerful elite willing to fund such a business and even respect the labour conditions of those working on his property...

With his contacts as a government official, personal fortune, and a keen business sense, the man purchased enough smithys to eventually become the main provider of silver and steel to the city's various armed forces. Now that was a rare thing indeed, and if she could tempt this former Government official turned business owner with the prospect of partnership with Blue Pegasus, with all their financial, economic and fighting prowess, well...

She might have her fist ally, a simply, yet enticing enough thought to leave a smile on her face as she walked up to gateway to the man's manor and rung the doorbell. In a matter of moments, a grizzled and well groomed butler came to greet her:

"Hello there~ I'm here to see Mr Westchester..."

He'd been expecting her, clearly, after all, Alisa's fame preceded her, and one could easily tell that she wouldn't have come here for no reason, and especially not carrying the very same item his boss had been looking for. And so, he lead her through the gardens of his magnificent mansion, leaving the tall sculptress to merely marvel at the mesmerizing sights all around her, the eye catching sculptrures, the neat garden shrubbery. Aside from being widely seen by the public as one of the grand archietcs for their security and low crime rate, Westchester also seemed widely regarded for his philanthropic endeavors... Many of the pieces had seen were, upon close inspection, gifts from various number of people he'd favoured or supported, many of which even had his name on it. Whatever the man's ambitions may be, he pursued them in a way that bettered the lives of those around him. And it was exactly that kind of win-win situation Alisa sought here as she looked for her ideal first ally and business partner. That thought all but brought her to the man's study with a smile on her face, walking up to him and offering her hand:

"Good afternoon Mr. Westchester. How lovely to meet you at last~"

The man too, seemed quite pleased to see her, and understandably so. Most men seemed to share this exact first impression of her after all, in this particular case, Alisa was also the one responsible for escorting a very expensive, underscribably prized posession the man had been search for a good while now.

The fact that Alisa carried on her hip seemed of no concern to him, Alisa didn't think it would be...

"My word, they said that Pegasus was the guild of beauty but you're something else aren't you?", after all the moment he laid eyes on her the man all but did a double take, blinking as he took in the stunning figure that just strode inside his study, jaw dropping at the sight as he took her hand at last.

She had to admit, the man was... Younger than she expected. She didn't really mind the way his gaze washed over her full figure, quite the opposite... For a vain woman like Alisa, it just meant this man had good taste. That said, his forwardness had her smile widening ever so softly into a little smirk tinged with mischief, brushing her long, flowing dark hair behind her shoulder as she giggled:

"Ufufu~ Flattery will get you nowhere Mr. Westchester.", chuckled the Pegasus, hand raising gracefully over her mouth, looking very much like the pretty picture of class and elegance one might expect to find here in the Silver District, "...Don't go forgetting about the item you've had me bring over~"

To his credit, the man looked neither flustered by the breathtaking visage he so eagerly admired, but also not truly salacious or even crass in his words... In the end, this meant Alisa could chuckle as she delighted in their flirtatious little back and forth:

"Oh, well I'm willing to take that risk with you, Miss Vollan~", he replied, smirking knowingly at her gesture despite his awe, instead going around his desk and taking a seat there once again as she motioned for the sculptress to sit in the pace before him, "Oh I haven't forgotten, I'm just admiring the second piece of finery that I seem to have found entering my office in the last moment?"

And yet the vain woman was obviously receptive to it, judging from the way her smile widened as her hand came to rest on her chest, an almost dainty gesture contrasting with the knowing narrowing of her eyes:

"My, showering a woman in praise like that~...", she noted, brow furrowing ever so softly, "...One might be liable to think you could have ulterior motives~"

Winking playfully, Alisa cooly sashayed over to the other side of the desk with a gracefully subtle, yet wholly eye catching sway of her hips, peeling the sword off her hip and carefully resting it on an empty space on his desk, sitting down before him:

"Heheheheh, well there's nothing wrong with mixing a little business with a little pleasure now is there?", hard to tell if he was watching the subtle sway of her hips of the sword strapped around them, but Alisa could hazard a guess as the man smiled at the sight of his prize laid on the desk, and yet barely shooting it a curious glance before looking back into Alisa's eyes, "I couldn't offer you a drink, could I? Toast our fine work?"

Once again, Alisa let out a vibrant, husky little chuckle, hand over her mouth as she crossed her long, shapely legs and cupped her cheek:

"Well, I could surely argue with that but... At the same time, one could easily argue our business would be concluded now that I brought you the sword~", noted the sculptress, cocking her head playfully, not necessarily returning his advances but certainly delighting in their flirtatious back and forth, "Mmm, it certainly would deserve a toast would it not~? Very well, I'll join you for a drink~"

And she had to admit, his next move certainly impressed her. Not that there was anything inherently laudable about him, but it certainly wasn't something she'd expect to see from someone this wealthy. Someone wealthy enough to have a mansion this large, inside of which his collection alone could buy two others just like it if not more so.

"Well, if it gets you in my office more often, I could certainly see us doing some more business in future~", smiling and lifting his hand to his chin, he ran it over his well maintained beard for a second or two before standing up and opening the cabinet, revealing an array of well aged beverages that most bars would only dream of having in their selection whilst taking out two broad crystal tumblers, "What's your poison, Miss Vollan~?"

If anything, the fact that a man this wealthy actually bothered to stand up and retrieve his own drinks certainly caught Alisa's eye, and positively so... Many other in his position wouldn't do even something so menial to save their life. In the end, her smile widened as she knew she'd most likely made a good choice with Dirk Westchester~

"Well if we only had the right deal, I could certainly feel tempted to coming by more often~", she noted, brow raising, following the man's movement as he walked up from his desk and into the drink cabinet, "Gin and tonic will do nicely~"

"Oh, and what kind of deal might you be looking for~?", nodding at her request and and fishing out a bottle that contained something transparent but with a delectable fragrance, he poured his guest a generous serving of gin before topping it up with tonic and smirked as he offered it to her, before preparing himself a nice glass of scotch on the rocks and returning to his position resting on the desk, "I'd certainly be happy to help a woman of your... Stature find what she's looking for~?"

Alisa smiled... This what she'd come here to do. Blue Pegasus needed allies, and every time she looked at the man sitting across her, she felt increasingly sure that she'd made the right choice.

He wanted quite a few things from the lithomancer, some of them more personally than others, and thus, Alisa returned his integrity with her own, honestly making her intentions crystal clear like the very element she weaved:

Alas, we find ourselves at a loss here...", rubbing her temple softly, and letting out a soft sigh, smiling as she accepted the gin, starring at the highball glass, delighing in that soothing sound of clinking ice cubes before taking a good long sip, "I'd say connections are what I'd need most, Mr. Westchester~... The Guards in Hargeon have been in desperate need for new and improved equipment... How would you like to have your Company being the one to arm them?"

Really, Alisa hadn't come here to conquer anything... She didn't need to anyway... Having spent this time trade deals and mutually beneficial arrangements on some of the most powerful traders in the silver district, making sure to leave them wealthier than they left.

"Oh... I see you're not just blessed with good looks, are you Miss Vollan~?" Pausing for a second, while he was already impressed by the looks and obvious abilities of Alisa in view of her retrieval of the weapon, he blinks for a second as he takes in that shrewdness and then smiles, a little more sharply than he had thus far, "That seems like quite the opportunity, especially when one considers the fact that Hargeon is the largest port in Fiore, and the ideal route through which my business could import and export their cargo? I'd certainly be a fool if I didn't want the guards there well prepared to protect my interests, wouldn't I?"

"Fufu~ My, there you go flattering me again Mr. Westchester...", giggled the sculptress, eyes narrowing in turn as she winked playfully, "Are you hoping I'll sweeten the deal perhaps~?"

Cocking her head curiously, the tall woman merely cupped her chin, uncrossing her legs and then crossing them the other way, nodding at the man's assumption:

"It appears you've quite the keen mind as well Mr Westchester... Though I suppose considering that comes as no surprise considering your business sense, does it~?", her smile widened ever so softly as she imagined the possibilities, admiring how the man already stood one step ahead of her in that regard, "Indeed, and just as Blue Pegasus has only arrived in Myras... Yours would be the first business in Myras to expand into Hargeon. All the more reason to keep it well protected~"

Clearly, Alisa was no slouch either... She'd started out as an aloof, single minded Guild mage, and in the past couple of years she'd reached a point where she could resonate with people's drives and passions... Well... Some more so than others:

"Hahahah, now that might depend on the sweetener, Miss Vollan~", Chuckling and cocking his head, he lets his gaze linger on Alisa's eyes before cheekily letting it fall a little lower, barely hiding his obvious attraction by this point, "Now who's honeying their words, hm~?"

Amused by the interplay regardless of the outcome however, he jokes playfully before taking a sip of his drink as Alisa lays out some of the benefits she sees in their connection. And there were many to be found... After all, Alisa genuinely believed there much Blue Pegasus and Hargeon could do for the seemingly once isolated city of Myras, and to his credit, Dirk saw that just as easily, owing to his many years as an experienced negotiator, both for the Government itself and his own businesses:

"Exactly, and it also wouldn't hurt to have favourable terms with the most eminent guild in the south, now would it~?"
