“Oho~? Won you over too, have they?” Giggling gently as the curious little fellow in her bust lifted his head up and blinked at her innocently and then began to tickle her finger with his cute little tongue, Sofia snickered softly and then turned toward the boy next to her and smiled at his intention.
“Daiko’s a big softie at heart, isn’t he~?” Feeling now she had been rather harsh in her response to the outcome earlier when she saw how compassionate that the caramel coloured lad could be, with teasing words spoken to the enterprising individual in the valley of heavenly delights but directed toward her companion, the Sapphire Siren cooed softly with approval as she took one slow step after another back toward the bank.

“Heheheheheh, Lamia Scale, huh?” Humming gently and feeling a little wistful as she cradled the babies that clung to her with one arm and used the other to draw the water from her hair and body in slow, sweeping motions in order to keep her body nice and toast for the babies, Miss Serena wondered just what the Guild that Daiko belonged to might be like as she strolled along the bank.
There emblem is a mermaid as I recall? So I’d expect there’s a few beauties in the place, isn’t there? Searching for the clothing that she had left behind before her little dip and purring softly as she petted her friends, in truth this would probably be the first time that the mischievous mermaid had ever set foot inside a guild, which made it weird to think it wasn’t the one she belonged to.

Alisa inducting her into Blue Pegasus while in the field, so to speak, while she had been curious about heading to their headquarters in Hargeon to meet her fellow members and see what the place was about, recent times hadn’t really afforded her the opportunity. Busy with quite a few tasks of ‘entertainment’ and enjoyment of the enchantress that had walked into her life, the free and breezy approach of the pair meant they had made little progress toward any specific goals aside from their own enjoyment, with this day seeming like the first one she had away from the woman in what felt like weeks.

“By the way, are you sure this is just about the sweet little snakes, cutie pie~?” Chuckling gently to herself as she took a slow approach toward getting herself dressed both on account of the reptiles that wriggled around her form and also to allow Daiko the chance to ‘harvest’ what he intended from the carcass of the monster mother they had fought, as she lingered and slipped her shorts and shoes back on and followed with her shirt, Sofia couldn’t help but tease her new friend as she did so. Perhaps the feeling of having these endearing little wrigglers wrapped around her body only bringing out more and more of her playfulness, the Valerican vixen grinned and flicked her hair gently once she was dressed as she played up her sensual imagery, not minding the fact one bit that the heads and tails of her ‘littler’ somewhat spoiled her figure at all.

“I can’t help but think you might just having the tiniest intention of showing off the prize hottie you spent the day with, hm? Impress all your friends?” Mostly just playing around and hoping that their experience together had set the lad at ease, all the same the blue beauty couldn’t help but like the idea of having this youngster march into a place with her as a prize on his own, enjoying the little boost to her vanity that such a situation provided even when simply imagined…

”… Hmmh. I’m not a particular fan of lizards, but… yes, yes, big softie and that,” he gradually assured Sofia during her fun remark of his change of attitude towards the snake pubs. Those large, sparkling eyes with irises and pupils big enough to cover out the white of any creature’s average eye balls… they were quite adorable. It was a stealthy cover to surprise the unwary from their final, future growth into ferocious predators, but for now, Daiko was a friend of theirs. And hopefully, they would forgive him for the death of their mother… they barely paid attention to her corpse.

She took notice of his guild, Lamia Scale. He wondered if she knew about it, given that its seed was here in Orchidia Town. “Yeah, it’s a nice and cozy guild. Our shtick is to get as strong as we can possibly become; whether if it’s on our own or with the help of others… and we’re kinda closely connected to Blue Pegasus thanks to my ‘contacts’.” He rubbed his nose with a finger in a slight moment of pride, even though none of what he said was supposed to imply any true professionality. When he said ‘contacts’, he meant life-long friends… he wasn’t a businessman, and he would likely never be one the way he had been raised and grown up.

After tying up the bag, he turned around at Sofia’s question about whether he did this for the younglings only. At first, he knew little of her implied meaning of that sentence and simply stared at her in confusion, although it was rather shameless of him to look at a woman while she was dressing herself up. He turned to the ground and got an idea of what she meant, and she even elaborated on that moments later. As if he had the courage to do such thing.

“B-But… I don’t think Kerii would be that jealous. Hmh…” he held his chin in thought, “Perhaps not Kai either.” He did imagine the Bardmaster get all inspirational from the scene that Sofia brought forth, however. That only embarrassed him even more, though. “I… W-Well, I wouldn’t- argh, nevermind that. Y-You want me to help you lift one of those snakes? T-They’re… kinda clingy, aren’t they?”

“Strength, huh?” Nodding at the description that was offered to her of the ambitions held by Lamia Scale, though it certainly explained the combat prowess of a cute lad like this to consider he was part of a battle oriented group, Sofia couldn’t confess to being terribly impressed by the notion really.
Maybe I made the right choice with Blue Pegasus then? Not one that really sought out the power to beat others either with her body or magic, victory in conflict was not something that the Valerican Vixen really sought out, preferring more adventurous and amorous conquests over those of aggression. Perhaps it suited the lad here and maybe a certain young woman with whom she was well acquainted to follow such ambitions, but for the sapphire siren such a goal felt dull, and she was happy to simply consider herself capable enough to take care of herself and protect the people she cared about over reach some mighty pinnacle of power.

Kerii and Kai? The brow of the blue beauty arching as Daiko mentioned people that Miss Serena had to assume were guild mates, she couldn’t help but wonder who these people were that the caramel companion mentioned, and also how pretty they were. Kerii for sure sounding like a girl’s name, while the mermaid thought that a name like Kai could really go either way, the fact that they seemed to be so eagerly mentioned by her new friend seemed to mean to the minx like they were memorable for one reason or another and for her that tended to mean because of their looks. Especially when they were brought up in comparison to her.

“Hm? Oh I don’t mind them…” Chuckling as she looked at the odd outlines that seemed to have been created in her tight tee shirt that she wore, Sofia shrugged softly and then shook her head at the offer of the cute fellow at her side, finding that the clinginess of the creatures was far more charming to her than off putting.
“They’re just cuddly little babies at heart, reminds me of a certain someone else actually~” Strong enough of her body that the ‘burden’ of these little serpents seemed like little more strain upon her frame than wearing a heavy sweater, though at times their wriggling bodies and flickering tongues might make her giggle because of ticklishness, the foreign fox felt a sense of responsibility for them that would mean she wouldn’t leave the little critters be until she was sure they were safe and sound.

“Besides, I’ve been wrapped up in all sorts of wicked things, so these aren’t bad~” Cocking her head as she set off back in the direction that she had come from in order to go back to the town of Orchidia, just as she had all day, Miss Serena couldn’t help but to tease the boy next to her playfully as she moved off. The first step of what would hopefully become a strong friendship between the pair having been taken today, though it had some ups and downs in places the end result seemed to be a positive one for the ‘better half’ of this impromptu partnership, with the girl feeling glad that she had met Daiko and had this odd adventure at the lake despite the setbacks they had suffered…

… They looked a little interruptive smeared up inside her shirt like that, but they must’ve enjoyed it too much. The next issue would likely be having to separate them from her… serpents living in the lakes sure got along with water-adept wizards. He glanced over at Coda who was resting on his nigh impenetrable shoulder - given how her talons barely made any arms - and smiled a little. Maybe Sofia would love to have a long, strong companion alongside her watery adventures in the future; one who trusted her just as much as Coda trusted her raiser, feeder and life-long comrade.

And yet, her last comment threw him off a little. It was out of alienation, because he couldn’t figure out what her words were trying to point at. A few seconds of silence passed by as they were making their way to Orchidia Town, before Daiko had to quench his innocent curiosity, confusion and oblivious ignorance as he faced the mermaid and asked with one, raised eyebrow: “… H-Have you been tied up by snakes before?”
