Genjiro Yamada
THe old man known as Genjiro was making his through the streets of Hargeon, taking his time walking at a slow pace with the aid of his trusty walking stick. His right hand would grip the walking stick that held up to match his six foot two frame. The other hand was casually stroking his fu manchu mustache as a soft wind blew by. Genjiro's amazingly long eyebrows, mustache and beard would flap in the breeze caught within it but not a single strand of hair would be out of place. Without a strand of hair atop his bald head he had taken to keeping what little hair he had on his face immaculately groomed at all times. Genjiro was someone who took care of his appearance, especially so in his old age, making sure he always looked presentable especially when meeting potential clients for quests. It would not do well for him to show up in a state of mess without having performed any grooming on himself. CLients tended to prefer those who was groomed, clean, well mannered and well dressed. Genjiro always took pride in his appearance, even when he had been farming he always made sure that outside of the farm he appeared presentable. He supposed it was a habit he had gotten from his mother. Bless her soul in the afterlife. The old man of eighty-five years contemplated when his own passing would arrive. Would he go to where his parents were? What even happened after death, all this made the old man curious but he decided it was best to not contemplate on the issue to long.

Turning his attention back to the hear and now of life the old man continued his little walk. It was best to exercise the body even at his age. He was never much of a couch potato, always a hard worker and always active. Being raised on a farm had done that to him, rising early in the morning to feed and tend to the animals, before tending to the crops, orchards and gardens. Mending fences, moving cattle, rolling bails of hair, fixing sheds and more, it had all be strenuous hard work for Genjiro. And when he joined the Fiore Army the work only increased with drills, training, missions and more. Everyday he would be exhausted looking forward to when he could lay his head down on his pillow to rest, even if only for a few hours before he had to rise and prepare once more.

The military had been tough and so had his time as a mercenary but Genjiro wouldn't change anything as because of it, it had turned him into the man he was today. The only thing he regretted and wished he could change was his time as a bandit. The things he saw, and simply stepped back and allowed haunted him to this day. The old man released a sigh as he stopped stroking his beard pausing in his steps in the Hargeon town square. Without even realising it he had walked to the Quest board.

With a stroke of his lengthy beard the old man decided since he had found himself here, he might as well take up a new quest. Searching over the contents of the good quest board he found one that had been put up by the young marine biologist raina. He had worked with her on a quest just the other day to test a few water samples on her behalf as her assistant was out sick. Now it seemed she needed some help once more. Genjiro reached out with his right hand, his wrinkly fingers coiling around the paper and he tore it off retrieving the quest. If the woman needed assistance he would be happy to oblige, that and there was a reward offered. The old man needed funds if he wanted to keep living in Hargeon, that and he had his eye on some rare items he had spotted in the window shops.

The old man rolled the quest up and slipped it into his right sleeve. The quest said to first head down to Raina's warehouse, a pin code and directions were included, and retrieve some fish food. After he was to then head down to the beach shore where he would row her out into the canal and she would feed the fish. It was a rather mundane and simply quest, Genjiro wasn't about to complain. The old man made his way towards the warehouse following the detailed instructions. Within half an hour he had arrived. The old man punched in the code into the key pad and walked on in. Entering the warehouse he searched around for a good ten minutes or so before finally finding the fish food. ONce he had the fish food he left locking the warehouse up and began heading down to the canal shore line to meet up with Raina.

Arriving twenty minutes later, an hour having passed in total, he was greeted by the young marine biologist. Genjiro greeted her and handed over the fist food. Once he had Raina climbed into the boat and waited for him. The old man climbed into the boat with the help of his walking stick and made sure the oars were fixed in place. Once he was prepared he used his walking stick to push them out onto the canal's waters. Once they were floating on water he laid his stick in the boat and grabbed the oars. With his back to raina he paddled out until Raina asked him stop. Once stopped Raina began adding the food to the water. The old man watched as fish swam up and picked at the food offered to them. The two remained out on the water for a good hour as Raina fed the various marine life. Once she was done she tapped him on the shoulders as the old man roared back to shore. Arriving a group of assistants was waiting for them. The assistants pulled the boat in and Genjiro slowly got out. Raina walked up and thanked him for her aid, handing over a stack of jewels before walking away with her aids. Genjiro stashed the money and walked off thinking about taking another wander around town.
