Chelvaric suddenly woke up with a heavy headache. Elisa was sitting on him licking his face off. She mewed as he woke up. Ugh I gues the fire one was too much and I passed out. Ugh I have a terrible headache now too. He would think and he pushed himself up. He walked to the bar again and ordered some milk to swallow the burning feeling in his throat. He sighed that was the last time he was doing a drinking contest. Maybe he should do something more active and good for his body. He had been neglecting his body training the past weeks and he was starting to feel it. His back was soar and his legs were feeling a bit tired from walking all day. There was a bucket race close by maybe it was best if he did that one. “Let’s go Elisa we can do the bucket competition.”, he said to her and they walked off to the location. A lot of people were standing around the location waiting for people to do it. He went into the line and signed himself up. Not much later his name was being called already as he was next up.

His head was pounding as he tried to rise out of bed, it felt as though he had someone sticking a ice pick into skull, eyes growing senstive from the sunlight due to his hangover, the man blunk frequently and deeply. Leaving the bed his head began to spin sharply. “Oh shit, wooah, woah.” he exclaimed as he moved towards the bathroom with his legs behaving irregularly. Throwing the shower door open he stripped and resided in the warm waters for what could have been an hour if not more. Leaving the bathroom, Kon donned his regular attire before taking his staff and leaving his room as he closed the door to said room he cough violently making a crackling noise in his lungs as he did so. “Well this is a great way to start the day.” Lurching forward both the side of the walkway and his staff, he left his residence and headed to the beach once more. “Hopefully the beach will help clean me of this hangover.” As he drew closer he noticed another competition with people carrying buckets over their head. “Interesting I probably shouldn’t do this oh well.” Ignoring the pleas of his body he signed up before noticing that Chel was also there as a competitor he didn’t seem to be fairing all the well either from last night's affairs.

Maarschalk stood watching the various sorts of events unfold. It was difficult making a decision on which one he should do, but he figured that it placing a bucket on your head wasn't the worst of things. Thus he headed towards the section, Maarschalk came quite alone today. For reasons that he didn't want to talk about. When he arrived, there were a few others who were readying up. After signing himself up, he went over to the stall with buckets. By acquiring a green one, he'd represent his Guild in full pride. Maarschalk painted a dragon on his bucket and started to head towards the starting line. His attire was nothing short of impressive; tight leather that hugged the skin of his body -- Maarschalk gave the other contestants a gaze, maybe he could figure out who they were? But, sadly, nothing.

The bucket made its way on top of Maarschalks head, he was inching closer and closer to the start line, awaiting those who would race him. He wasn't very familiar with the rules of this bout, but he presumed that violence was not allowed. His guard, lowered -- he couldn't see if someone wanted to trip his legs, and this got him a little angry.

It appeared that he arrived just in time. The Fire Mage looked towards the buckets that were supposedly going to indicate one of the beach’s many activities for today’s festival, and given by the surroundings, his views on the other participants and how they interacted, the objective would appear to be to balance the bucket on your head for as long as possible. He couldn’t spot any finish lines further away on the sand or anything, so that was what he concluded as he grabbed one. By a swift whistle to Coda, the raptor flew off instantly and began soaring the skies above the participants as Hyōen put the filled bucket on his head, trying his best to find the perfect balance spot so that it wouldn’t just simply fall off directly. His bucket was, just like another of the participants’, green in colour; it symbolized his guild, and he was feeling pretty eager to see how far that he could come with Lamia Scale on his head.

“I guess that we have a guild in common,” he spoke to the black-haired male with the same type of bucket on his head, “Good luck.” Hyōen simply exchanged a grin and readied himself in front of the start line where two other participants were gathered. Excited, he simply waited impatiently for the game to begin.

Chelvaric was up as some other guys had appeared to the scene. The competition was ready and so should he be. He didn’t know who or where from they were but he wouldn’t let them take Blue Pegasus pride down. He prepared him mentaly till they suddnely came with water buckets. He thought they had to run over buckets not carry a goddamn water bucket. He prayed inside himself when they placed it on him. Don’t fucking fall, don’t you dare fall bucket. This race became a race of live and death. He started walking trying to keep calm and focused not gonna drop this or lose this either he thought himself. If he would drop this he would literly kill himself for being that bad. Leafeon was shouting to him from the side lines as he did his best to walk safely over everything. The sand was burning and it was hard to keep walking safe. He felt some drops fall on him and it just made him run faster to have it done with. After he suddenly sprinted trying to keep the bucket of water on his head he would jump over the finish line. Few that was close he threw the bucket away and walked quickly to dry him off not yet knowing if he had won or not.

His attention was so focussed on his own health issues that the mean didn’t even notice as the judge placed a large bucket on the top of his head. To ensure that it remained on his head at least for now the judge took his staff and grabbed both of kon’s armed to clutch onto the bucket instead. Confused about where he was putting it, he looked at the man before barking at him. “What are you doing? and why did you take my staff?” Clear that he was a participant of the other events that had taken place within Hargeon the judge rolled his eyes at the offensive tone he had received. “Look you need to hold on to this bucket, best way to do it is to use both hands, now take your position, lined up he noticed Chel once more. “Damn this is awfully coincidentally he had to have been in three or four events with me?” He thought to himself. Returning his gaze at the finish mark he readied himself as to bolt out as judge signaled the start. He was likely the slowest of individuals taking in part especially with his current health but he would try nonetheless.

Maarschalk didn't hear what the boy had to tell him. He just noticed that someone else had joined, the last candidate for this round. The other people talking somewhat became inaudible because his head was covered by the green, intimidating bucket. When the start sign was given, Maarschalk gathered all his strength in order to start as fast as possible, concentrating his muscle on his calves -- and kicking himself off the ground for the first few meters. He wasn't exactly sure where the finish line was, given the bucket covered his vision and all; but he just ran, as fast as he could. The same way he ran from his problems, he ran from the starting line, in a most straight way he could, Maarschalk moved like an arrow in the wind, his speed was likely much faster than everyone's speed; though not that he knew this. Since Maarschalk couldn't exactly the finish line, he'd just hope that he headed into the right direction. The only way he'd lose is if he ran into the wrong direction. And doing that could turn out to be detrimental. The name on his bucket said, "Noel", even though Maarschalk was commonly referred to as Maarschalk, Noel was a childhood name he's been adapting as of late. Not that anyone knew of that name anyway.

The start sign was quickly released a few moments after Hyōen had prepared himself. Not having got a comment from the other Lamia Scale mage, he simply decided to ditch the greetings and lay all focus on the damn bucket on top of his head. It was swinging a little to the right and to the left, and the Fire Mage was getting a little paranoid in what could happen. He had to run with this bucket? It seemed to be a much more difficult contest than he expected, because clearly, he couldn’t see the ease in balancing a bucket on top of your head while sprinting. The situation called for his body’s balance and pace to synchronize, so that he could make it without dropping a single drop of water from the green bucket. Coda was still flying around the beach like usual, not giving a damn about any contest and just enjoying the winds that carried her forth the coast. Meanwhile, the entire world turned silent as Hyōen had begun to sprint. The sand had been kicked up of the surface and made a fine dust cloud behind the participants, while they all sprinted towards what he assumed to be the finish line. His eyes were always on the ground, while his head could feel the bucket and how balanced that it was. All that frustrated him a tiny bit, but it wasn’t supposed to be that easy at all. He just hoped that, somehow, he could make it first…

Atlas Prime
(Starting a round two for this event)

Atlas continued to walk around looking for some events to do. So far he had joined two of them and sadly he lost on both, but he was determined to try and win the next one. He needed to win something here, well or so he thought. He wandered around looking for an event to do when he saw the bucket race. He thought he had some pretty good balance and was pretty quick so he didn't think it sounded like a bad thing. He wouldn't be able to use Totodile to help for this one though. Atlas approached the sign up booth and signed his name in. He wondered if he would see more people he did some of the games with earlier. He wasn't sure if he wanted to face against them though seeing as how he had lost to them a couple times. Well in his last event some other random guy won though. Atlas soon grabbed a bucket full of water. He then walked over to the starting line. "Okay buddy, I'm going to need you to cheer me on okay?" Atlas said to Totodile. Atlas would have to wait for other people to join the event right now.

Arisa sighed softly as she was walking on her way to the next event. A small frown appeared as she thought of last event, felt shameful. 'I should get more stronger... I have to...' she thought to herself as her sunset brown eyes gazed forward. She bit her lower lip as she wondered who was here. She hoped she wouldn't see certain people, but if she does see them again then it's fate. Softly humming and playing with her hair she would continue this till she would at least see someone standing there. The guy she saw before, but she didn't really study him much as she did the others before.

Her hair felt very soft from probably all the water and showers. Maybe she should find out what conditioner the people had her use the day before today. It truly made her hair nice, shining and soft. Next she would see a line, a few buckets and a dude just there waiting with an object that shoots. ''Greetings again.'' she would say, bow her head and then went to grab the bucket. The bucket was warm from the sun, thin metal and easily could she break it with her strength, but today wasn't about her muscles... It was more of her speed and insight. Finally, she would place the bucket over her head feeling ridiculous, waiting for the time to run.

Shin Katari
"Damn it," Shin thought to himself as he left the limbo contest area. He was annoyed that he lost but what made it was worse was the fact the person that beat him was several inches taller than him. Logically, he had a better chance of being the victor but alas, lady luck was not with him.

Making his way through the crowds of beach-goers, he dusted the sand off himself as best as possible. The sand had found its way into his shorts and under his shirt resulting in itchiness. The best possible solution was to remove it and so he did. His chiselled body drew the attention of many but it was what was tattooed on his chest that kept the attention their. He bore the crest of the infamous Phantom Lord guild and as one would expect, his tattoo drew chatter from the crowd. It was nothing to him though. Everyone could think what they wanted but his focus on winning the next event he set his eyes on.

He made his way to an event that had two other contestants. It was a bucket race. Grabbing the filled bucket, he placed it atop his head and kept it balanced. The event required one more contestant so for now, he would focus on working out the balance of the bucket. Speed would be key in this race but balance was also essential. Winning however, was what mattered at the end of the day.

Geb
His name was Jeff. Actually, that was a lie. His name was Geb! And he was here to participate in yet another one of the pegasus beach events. This would be a fun one, at least it seemed like. Geb had admittedly never heard of the idea by he didn't seem to think it would be that bad. He could afford some silly fun like this every once in a while. And so, that was how Geb ended up signing up for the bucket race. Geb filled up the bucket with water from the ocean, feeling just how heavy it was. Luckily his strength would still be enough to hold up the bucket as they all raced. But this was far from a contest of strength. This was a contest of speed most off, and Geb was not the fastest man in Fiore by a long shot. He had a minimal chance to win this race, but he wasn't in it to win this time around, he was simply in it to have a little bit of fun. Excited to enjoy himself and let loose a little, Geb would await for the race to start so he could do his best on this playing field in the sun.

Atlas watched as finally all the other contestants finally arrived. He recognized a couple of them from other events he had did. The two he knew of he had lost in his other events so he really wanted to win this one. Atlas made sure the bucket was stable on his head, it would stink to start and have it fall off right away. Atlas prepared himself for the time to start. Finally when it went off he started to run as fast as he could, it was a hard challenge of running fast and keeping the bucket balanced. One misstep could mean him losing or getting disqualified from the event. He forgot to check on that. He guessed at the moment it was too late to worry about that. Atlas wanted to check on the other people he was racing against but it wouldn't be wise for him to turn his head to look at them. He looked towards the finish and saw Totodile waiting for him. He knew he needed to finish fast since Totodile was there cheering him on. He finally got the rhythm of running and keeping balance which let him increase his speed until he finally crossed the finish line, he would then look to see how the others did as well.

(I get a +6 for this)

Arisa would lift up her bucket see that there were other people; One of them was the short white hair guy who passed out first round in the drinking contest, but won the fishing contest. The other was rather cute with crimson hair, flawless pale skin and goldish eyes that were alluring. Her eyes widened, but was half-way hidden under the bucket that flattened her bangs. Swiftly she looked away and then looked forward with the bucket all the way on her head, using her bangs to hide her sunset eyes. There were going to be four people, her, the guy from her guild, white hair guy and the dude who she never knew excited yet he was cute. Softly she bit her lower lip on the right side and got ready to go. Soon, ready, go! The person shot off whatever it was and she would blitz as fast as she could. She didn't want to shame her guild like what happened in the shoulder wars. She felt horrible and honestly, she didn't want to experience that bad of a defeat. If she did lose this one then at least it wouldn't be as bad as the last time she lost something. Hopefully, she would finish this first as she paid only attention to what was in front of her.

It did not take long for the final contestant to appear. It was Geb, another member of Phantom Lord. Paying him little attention, Shin instead readied himself for the race that was to begin soon. He got into a line with the other racers and ensured the bucket that rest atop his head was in a perfect spot. Without saying so much of a word, a sound similar to that of gunshot rang through the area. With not a moment to waste, Shin followed the lead of the other racers and darted off from the starting line. Initially, running with a heavy bucket proved to be challenging at first but with time, Shin was able to adjust. He balanced the bucket with ease but it was now his speed that worried him. Had he taken too long to adjust himself to the balance of the bucket? Were the other contestants already done? He had no time to look at his surroundings as his focus was on the path before him. He had to ensure his feet were not caught up in the sand along with not tripping over himself. He may have lost the limbo contest but in a battle of speed, he was confident in himself.

Jeff, wait, no, Geb, was starting the race now. This was it, this was the pinnacle of his entire life. Wait a second... didn't he say this in every fun thing he did? He always thought about this... perhaps it was time to stop thinking like that for a little while and come face to face with the facts. This was not the pinnacle of his life in any way shape or form. He was just having some fun on the beach. But was that a bad thing, if it wasn't the pinnacle of his life or anything? One should learn to eventually appreciate the little things in life, stuff like this. So Geb moved forward, those thoughts no longer in his mind. He was just having some fun, and even if he wasn't that fast, he was in it to win it this time around. So Geb ran with that bucket on his head, ready to make sure that he would have some fun and cause the rest of the people around him to as well. This wasn't usually how Geb felt, but in order to honor his guildmaster's last wish, he had to do this. He had to relax and learn to unwind a little, even if he was a dark guildmaster.
