Guard Captain Devon: Devon is the captain of the guards in Magnolia. He takes his job seriously and scouts the city daily, ensuring that his guards are doing a good job. When protecting the castle from an attack long ago, he received a huge scar across his face. From that day on he never took off his helmet anymore, afraid that it might scare the citizens.

Summary: Captain Devon is concerned what occurred in Era might turn up in Magnolia, so he wants you to enlist as many young men and women as you can for the guards. He will pay you for your troubles, reminding you that anyone is accepted. Whether they come right out of a gang or not. He is a believer in second chances, hoping to make the guard much stronger so that the people don't have to live in fear of dark mages. More specifically, the guilds that terrorized Era.

Objective: Simply patrol the park for young people. Some with dogs, others with friends. Ask them if they'd like to make a difference. Inside everyone wants to do some good, even if they laugh in your face. Keep up your advertising until nightfall. You might be surprised at who says yes and who ends up returning to you later in the day. Your job begins at dawn.

Details:

Create a topic in South Gate Park.
Talk to Captain Devon as he's making his round around Magnolia. He'll fill you in on your job before leaving.
Stay in the park and wait or anyone you think might be a good candidate.
Ask many people, all shapes or sizes, because the guard can make anyone a sharpened soldier.
At nightfall, head to the gate and get paid by Devon with a list of names and addresses or the recruits.
