Bianca Fleur †
She played the piano for the last time that day. No one knew how she got in the church, or when she did, but only when her fingers began to dance over the black and white keys, folks close by gathered to listen. It was about three in the afternoon. Bianca had already bought a train ticket as she had planned to travel elsewhere. Orchidia was starting to bore her. None of her friends were here, and after spending over months just doing absolutely nothing productive, she felt like it was the town’s fault for her being this way, which was bullshit of course.

Either way, her train left in about thirty minutes, so she stood from the piano and patted the back of her skirt to remove any debris that was clinging to it, reminiscing about the times she had piano classes. Fine,” she muttered with a tiny smirk. In piano speak, it meant the end of a composition or movement. She was in a pretty depressed state these days, in addition to be a lazy ass. She wasn’t eating much, or sleeping much. It was like her stomach disappeared, and her vampyrism was returning or something. That wasn’t possible though, and she knew it wasn’t the case because she wasn’t hungry for blood. She wasn’t hungry for anything.

Bianca headed for the station in town, which was conveniently not very far from the church—walking distance, in fact. Once she arrived, she took a look at the waiting area. People were already started to queue behind the yellow line and she didn’t want to have to stand in the train, so she went ahead and took the last open spot right before the yellow line. Though she was standing dangerously close to the edge, her train was arriving soon anyway, so she didn’t feel the need to step back.

Odin †

More recently, the train station in Orchidia had become one of Odin's preferred locations in the otherwise dreary town. Most other places lived off the novelty of "look at us, we're a forest town" and that novelty had worn off many months ago for Odin. The church, the train station, and maybe the guild were the only places that didn't use the motif to death, however two of those three places probably wouldn't take too kindly to a dark mage Lich. That simply left the train station, which is why Odin now sat on a bench reading the newspaper. It was quite possibly the first time in his life he had ever picked up one, but he decided he should keep up to date in current events.

Nothing of interest came up in the news, save for a large section dedicated to the demon attacks. Odin hadn't partaken in the attacks, on either side, and they hadn't in any way influenced him, so he paid them no heed. His days of being a demon were far behind him, these days he was a monster. And monsters were expected to act in certain ways.

A sound went off in the station, signalling the arrival of the next train. Odin didn't bother paying attention to where it was heading, as he wasn't planning on getting on. It was coming in at the platform across from where he sat, and already he could see a few people lining up against the edge, eagerly awaiting their train. At the far end, there was one woman, someone Odin barely recognised from his past. Bianca, Joan, or more commonly Brian, the vampire Odin had gotten high with many years ago, back when his life was easy. She had overpowered him, but now she seemed much weaker, sluggish.

Odin had nothing against her, he had enjoyed his time with the girl when they had met, but unfortunately it was for the reason that he picked her. He had to become a monster, both to the people and to himself, and that meant cutting ties with his past life. Before HER, before the Cult. It had to be Bianca, she had to die. Walking up to the platform edge, no one paid him any heed, focussing on the oncoming train and not the incoming Lich. He stopped just behind Bianca, and waited for the train. Part of him had always wanted to see what would happen in this scenario, part of him knew this would destroy his soul. It had to happen.

The train approached, getting closer and closer. It was when it was within a few metres of the two that Odin acted. He had to make sure there would be no time for her to save herself, and no time for anyone else to react, only to witness. He came closer and whispered in her ear, "I do hope you'll forgive me in the next life." A simple push, not much force, but enough to tip her off balance and propel her forward. She would go over the edge, land on the tracks, just as the train would come. The screams of the crowds would be beautiful, and Odin would once again prove to the world why he should be feared.

Bianca Fleur †
The lights blinded her for a moment as she turned towards the tunnel through which the train was coming, and because of this carelessness, her vision was slightly blurred for the next few minutes, in which she would meet her end. A man in uniform on the other side of the tracks waved his hands violently, yelling at Bianca to step back. The girl blinked, trying to fix her eyesight first before attempting to follow instructions. She thought that was a good idea. It might have been, if she wasn’t going to get pushed onto the tracks and get squashed to gory bits very soon.

A blurry figure with an unfamiliar face was suddenly standing very close to her, saying something about forgiving and ‘the next life’. A very weird way to start a conversation she thought, though Bianca couldn’t really figure out the meaning behind this. Everything was happening very fast, and the blurred vision wasn’t helping at all. Maybe she was meant to die then. The shock from noticing someone get too close to her made her step even closer to the tracks, kind of helping the man who wanted her dead. He didn’t even need to shove her hard, because she was already on her way to death with everything going wrong in every way possible at that moment. Odin’s push would make her death faster and more certain.

Bianca couldn’t take a good look at the man who pushed her, so she would die not even knowing that the Lich she got high with years ago was the one who ended her life. Who was she supposed to get angry at? Or was it appreciation she would feel, for putting her out of her misery? She was just simply confused in the few seconds before her death. “Huh…” was pretty much her last word.

It was only in those last moments she wished she could have said goodbye to some people, like Seira, or Leyaria, or her guildmates—the people she loved and betrayed. Was this really the end for Bianca Fleur? Who would’ve thought, right? And as she landed on the tracks, the train simply ran over her, blasting bloody pieces of flesh everywhere and make a huge mess. It was a scene right out of a gore anime. Screams and cries later filled the station, but nobody called for help because Bianca was all over the train and the tracks in pieces. There was no saving that.

Odin †

Blood splattered across Odin's bone-white face, as chunks of dead Bianca flew across the platform. Many people screamed and ran, trying to get as far away from the mess, and the one who had caused it, as they could. Some people thought they could be brave and strong, turning to face Odin as he turned to face them. If they were fighting a human, perhaps they would've banded together and attacked. But Odin was no human, he was a monster, and the people or Orchidia reacted as they would. Any who stood before him quickly decided they enjoyed life more and ran anyway, leaving Odin alone on the platform within minutes.

He stood there, thinking about life for a moment. He had now killed someone who, despite not knowing extremely well, he had enjoyed the company of. Bianca had been a vampire, and a generally interesting person, and now she was dead. Even Odin, if he had been thrown onto the train tracks, wouldn't have ended up in a great place. He wouldn't have died, but building up a new body from virtually nothing would certainly be a complete nightmare for the Lich. He wished Bianca a safe passage into the next life, if there was such a thing, and left the train station. A few, quick responding rune knights attempted to block his path. They failed.
