Demon attacks huh... Alisa did get a very strong feeling she'd be seeing more of those filthy demon beasts since her adventure in their home turf. She wouldn't really go there without a pretty damn strong reason to do so, and she couldn't get any higher than trying to help her pupil. But that did allow her to notice the hordes had the numbers to wage war if they so desired, even if it gave her no real clue as to when she might see happen. It came sooner than expected, and for all she knew thus far, Orchidia had been struck first, and survived.

"Hopefully I'll be there when the second one comes too.", mused the sculptress, drying her hair as she walked off the shower, slipping on a dark blue dress she'd only recently purchased, one of the many options she could have worn over the new years. A dress in Sinese style, even if the many sheer patches of exposed skin obviously boasted the Fiorian design, perfect for the party she'd soon attend, baring hints of her blue guild stamp and lacy black bra underneath.

For now, many in the city simply chose to party in celebration of a victory they hadn't won, merely survived, without even knowing when they'd have to survive another one...

"Instead of training or even preparing themselves...", the sculptres shook her head, rubbing her fingers under the edges of her cleavage, standing in front of the mirror, admiring her reflection as her generous chest jostled under any attempts to properly adjust the outfit. Tilting her head slightly, casually running a hand down that long raven hair, Alisa adjusted that too, and finally tugged the lower half of her garment, keeping most of the thigh baring creases about as symmetrical as she as she could. Until finally her smile widened as hand resting on her hip, let out a pleased hum as she twisted her body left and tight, admiring her shapely, curvaceous figure from various angle until she deemed herself thoroughly satisfied, "...Here they are throwing parties...", she sighed but immediately resigned herself, charmed by the sight of her own reflection to do anything but put on this ravishing blue dress and party along with them, "...Well, you can't unthrow a party, so might as well enjoy it~"

With that, Alisa walked out of her room, hand gracefully sliding over the railing as she stepped down the fight of stairs with an elegant sway of her hips and cool, confident smile on her face, peering wine red orbits taking in every inch of surroundings, wondering if she'd see anybody familiar.

To see you again.
I'll Climb Every Mountain & Swim Through All The Seas

Kai honestly stopped counting the amount of parties she has been to since she has been in Fiore - even when she doesn't remember pass her Coma. The only thing she remembers was her family, but that was it. She let her hair loose in a beach wave style, falling and sweeping against her back. To the party she decided to wear a blue kimono dress with the design of metallic blue dragons with golden tones for color wave-dot designs. For shoes, she decided to wear flat clogs made of bamboo and rubber soles covered in silk-like cloth. The time was almost there as she exited the Church and towards the destination that was given. 'Wonder who will be there for this.'. It made her curious as she didn't remember many people. The thing that made her think was now onto Alisa. One who acted so close, but she doesn't remember her existence.

For now, she will just play along and follow this heart of 'hers'. Kai was curious on this girl's life and her feelings as they seem to be everywhere. Did she have many friends? Loved ones? The past was a mystery and perhaps a novel.

''Don't think too much, your head might explode.'' The skull amulet spoke. ''You better behave or I'll shove you in some casket.'' She threatened quietly. The skull just laughs as she continued towards the place while shaking her head at it. Her eyes directed forward as she entered the main area. As soon as she was around people, she stopped and saw Alisa. ''So that's where you are.'' She spoke in her motherly tone and smiles happily. A small giggle escaped after speaking as she brings her hands together and against her pelvic. She was unsure on what was needed to talk about other than 'catching' up, but that was the hard part for her at least...

Taking in the sight of every other party goer on the way down, Alisa only had eyes for one girl once her eyes fell on that tall, voluptuous frame in that tight sinese blue dress - even more audacious than her own - not that everyone else was terribly unattractive, but instead she had a strong personal investiment in that one blonde angel. When their eyes met and the girl greeted her, the sculptress nodded as her own greeting:

"Ari~...! Indeed, I've been staying at this hotel. How kind of them to throw a party here of all places wouldn't you agree~?", greeted Alisa, chuckling, that cool smile growing wider, visibly delighted at the sight of her best friend, even more so now that she'd have an actual chance to talk to her properly, find out what she'd been up to. Chuckling gracefully, she raised a hand over her mouth as she sashayed over to the statuesque blonde, gently sliding it back along her neck, brushing her long, flowing dark hair behind her back before coming to rest upon her hip, "So we finally have a proper chance to catch up, hmm~? How have you been?"

The battle hardly provided a decent, comfortable setting for it as they had their hands full cleaning up all the demons. Not even it's aftermath, where they too had their part to play in finding an rescuing what survivors could be found amidst the unholy mess the city's streets had been left in. And they wouldn't even have a hand in another herculean task, rebuilding everything that had been destroyed.

"If I didn't know better, I'd say you look like a wholly different person...", noted the sculptress, those wine red orbits scanning her form head to toe, easily noting something different in her posture, and thinking back to how even the way she'd always acted around Alisa seemed different somehow. Now that she had a proper chance to look her over, she could raise an eyebrow and mull on this thought, looking deeply into those enrapturing eyes of golden and wondering what thoughts might linger on her mind.

To see you again.
I'll Climb Every Mountain & Swim Through All The Seas

Alisa has been staying at the hotel it seems and out of the blue they started a party, how grand. It was so kind to throw a party for those that helped defend and for those that survived. It was surely something to celebrate. Kai's eyes gazed at the woman who wore such dashing fashions as much as herself if not more. The raven haired woman had a shine to her, a beautiful innocent shine. After Alisa was done talking for the first part, she heard a chuckle that came from her necklace.

''I'll give you your own party. Just you and me, baby.'' He teased in a rather playful manner. ''You wouldn't be the first mixed I've partied with.'' He laughed as his eyes of diamonds glowed a green color. ''I stay at the Church here for now. I enjoy the charity of the church as in exchange I help them. That is what I have been doing. That and guild work...till...'' She looked away and then back at the woman. ''Nevermind.'' She spoke and gave a cheerful smile. She clapped happily and went to the bar to get a fruity drink. Oh how she loved her fruit alcohol. She took a sip and heard Alisa talk then about catching up and nodded. ''Yea! Sounds nice.'' She agreed to just agree as she didn't know what else to say at this point. Maybe Alisa could help her know more about Arisa...Just so she could know what she was dealing with. Maybe Arisa had a book... ''Tell me about yourself first as to what you've been up to.'' She said, picked her glass up in a 'cheers' manner and then took a drink.

"My, what an elegant, classy companion you found yourself~", chuckled the sculptress, narrowing her eyes at the talking skeleton head, not too keen on it that keenly chosen word, halfbreed. Hardly a lie and not even something Alisa particularly cared that people knew about, but certainly nothing she didn't enjoy having screamed around in public any more or less than the next person. She focused on Arisa for the most part, after all, she hadn't really spoken to her in a long, time, thus at this point, very little could distract her from the closest she ever had to a sister, "Church huh...? I see. I'm sure they welcomed you with open arms~"

She couldn't help but wink at the girl, fully aware of her angelic blood, but also remembering how much she strove to keep it hidden. She did notice how Ari seemed less stable than when she'd last seen her, giving that odd vibe of speaking to multiple people in one, enough to wonder what might have happen that could aggravate her fragmented psyche. Heading to the bar, she got herself a Red Port Tonic, a kind of fortified wine cocktail on offer for the guests. Taking a good long sip, she hummed in approval, resting on those benches near the bar:

"Training.", she replied, all straight and to the point, smiling gracefully at her best friend, rubbing knowingly behind her neck as she looked at Ari, brow quirked as if knowing she'd expect a bit more, "You know me, after the war came, I got the unpleasant feeling we'd be seeing more of those, even after the king disappeared. So I went up into the mountains, and have been there since we've last met. Had a rather pleasant log cabin though, surely you'd have loved it~...", but then her eyes trailed off from Ari's gorgeous golden hues, her smile fading as she sighed and gazed into the distance, remembering another beauty with golden eyes, "...And Lumen... She went off on her own adventures. I'm proud that she's gotten stronger to adventure on her own but... Can't say I'm happy she's gone."

When I'm not even me?
How can I live with myself

Alisa seemed to like the talking Skeleton in which she finds a little annoying. Of course, it was good company since she was alone most of the time as she lead her own path to the unknown. Right now she was here, with who was Arisa's best friend and like a sister - just like Judina. She seemed to have been close to many people. It was too bad she didn't remember any of them at all. Her gentle sweet eyes of a mother gazed upon Alisa's red bloody ones as they gazed straight at her. The girl made a joke about how the Church would of course welcome her with a wink, assuming it meant Alisa already knew she was angelic-like. It was a good thing since she didn't have to hide that from her. Who else knew?

Her head tilted an inch to the left as she heard Alisa has been training this whole time and something about someone named Lumen. Was that a pet or a person? Could be both, but Kai wasn't going to judge. ''I'm sorry about Lumen. I'm sure it was hard.''. Losing anyone or thing is hard, mostly when you're close to them. Speaking of which, she too felt pain in her heart for someone unknown. Sure Odin was one of them, but who was the other and why did it hurt more? Her hand placed against her own stomach as she thought on this subject and wondered what Judina said was true. ''Alisa? Can I ask you something?'' She wondered curiously as she then took a sip of her martini-like glass. Her eyes suddenly gave a cold stare as her fingers tightened against the glass, enough to almost see a crack growing.

''I was wondering if you could tell me if I had children, a husband or lover or even lovers... I can't seem to...'' She paused and cornered her eyes to look at Alisa herself. ''Remember...''. Her head turned to look away towards her glass and indulged with the alcohol as she drank the rest of it. Once she rested it against some fancy white table, she chuckled darkly. ''But when people look at me, they keep telling me these things that don't feel real.''. Kai's hands clenched. ''This feels real... but their words, it harms this heart of mine. It doesn't feel real otherwise.''. She sighed softly and let her arms fall against her sides. ''I wondered if perhaps I'm not even me or if that person isn't real. Arisa, she was real to these people so who am I?'' She wondered and spoke like a madwoman in the perspectives of those who saw her as Arisa. What happened to her while she was in a coma? What really happened...

"Good grief, Ari... You almost make it sound like she died. She's alive and well, and will probably ask about you next time we meet~", giggling gracefully, the sculptress took a long sip of her wine cocktail and winked at her friend, knowing Arisa probably struggled bringing herself to care about a name she couldn't even put a face to. No matter, Lumen would grow on her eventually, again, as many times

She frowed slightly, not the slightest bit pleased by how her friend's shattered psyche seemed all too much easier to notice, how she all but became a different person as her mood changed. Alisa had seen it before. But where it once had been a rare event, these glimpses of her damaged mind now seemed almost palpable, especially as she asked what had become of her significant other.

"You had a lover, though I haven't see him in a long time, and haven't even quite figured out whether or not I knew the man. Quite certain I had met him, and if we're talking about the same man, well... He was dark, gritty fighter, immensely strong. The kind of calculating warrior who fought without a single wasted movement. I never got a glimpse of what kind of power he truly held, but I did understand he'd know how to use every bit of it.", with a very detailled description of a combatant whose strength and intelligence she admired, Alisa had her faint hopes these words would somehow jog Arisa's memories. The next part of her question received all but a flat out no as the sculptress shook her head, "As for children...", she paused, taking a long sip of her drink, her face tinged with uncertainty, "If you had them, you most certainly never told me. But it's been a long time since we've met, who knows what could have happened in the meantime...?"

Shrugging, the woman with dark hair shook her head, disappointed not to be of more help to a friend, at least, until Ari asked for something else entirely. Not memories she couldn't give, but a friend's reassurance.

"Names are meaningless, you are who you are.", smiling warmly, Alisa reached out and rested her hand on her friend's shoulder, promptly dismissing any notions of names or even memories. Even now she couldn't forget that tear she shed when they first met after all that time, enough to know she was in the presence of a good friend, and not a stranger, "As for what's real and what isn't...", Alisa shrugged again, taking only a moment to scratch her temple, as if she'd mused on this matter far too many times, "Neither priests nor philosophers ever gave me a satisfying answer, not that I could ever come up with a good one myself. Instead, try to appreciate what you do have, the beauty you do see; the delicacies you taste, the company you cherish... If you feel as if you've forgotten those too, well... The real friends are those you'll befriend again and again, even if you lose your memory a hundred times."

Such was Alisa's way, even if not the most emotional of people, she was just as capable of being open with her desires, even if going about them far more subtly, looking into Ari's eyes with that vivid expression, that warm, affectionate closeness they once had. Though hardly pushy about it, Alisa seemed perfectly confident that whatever bond they had before could be easily nurtured once more...

When I'm not even me?

Kai was unable to figure out how to act at the moment when it comes to emotions. Her anger was so deep as well as her despair. She could hear the voices, the muses of whatever was within her. Was it just Arisa or were there others as well? It was confusing, but alas she was going to figure all this out in the end. No matter what it took, she was going to find out what is all happening to her. The anger slowly was decreasing as she heard Alisa as if she remembered her voice by heart. It was so good to hear it, for Arisa as the right eye started to reveal a tear. Her left eye was dry, no sign of tears as she then look at Alisa. ''I had a man? Strong, dark... 'Sounds like my type.'' A low giggle escaped from her lips. Out of no where both of her eyes started to tear up as if she remembered a kiss, a touch and a feeling she had never felt.

The memory of a man in darkness being guided by her light, her love and even though they spent little time together, it was precious. The face had no face, as all she could see is a figure. ''Why can't I remember? This hurts.'' She mumbled softly and touched her heart with her right hand. Her golden eyes brightened as she then wondered. ''When I saw a certain person that was apart of Arisa's past... I felt the same love I feel while remembering this man you talk about... I've never felt these emotions till now. I always felt at peace, happy and hopeful, but now? It's like being struck by a novel that became my life.'' She tried to explain as she then walked away to look towards the sky. She wanted to learn more and Alisa seemed to be the person who'd help her make the right choices, or was she?

"Is that right~...?", snickered Alisa, narrowing her eyes with knowing mischief at her one time best friend; hopefully they'd soon come to see each other as such once more. Indeed, she spoke as if she almost expected Arisa to point that out, after all, Alisa knew the girl's type all too well after spending all that time alongside her, mulling over a myriad of questions with varying degrees of existentialism to her. Boys were simply one of the more mundane topics, yet more than enough for the sculptress to wink at her and say, "I've known you long enough to know you go for the gritty warrior types~... The stronger the better, hmm~?"

No way Alisa could stop teasing her, nudging her playfully, giggling in turn, hand over her mouth as she took a good long sip from her irresistably rich drink, letting the fluid flow inside her mouth, gracing her with that delectable taste, humming happily, that overjoyed smile fading only once Ari expressed her grief at the loss of her memories, grief which she was scarcely even able to call such, merely describing the feeling clearly enough for Alisa to tell:

"No wonder... You may have lost your memories, but they are merely a small portion of what truly makes a person. But... Don't force yourself to remember.", urged the sculptress, resting her hand on the girl's arm, as if that calm, soothing touch could potentially cure what ailed her. Alisa knew it never could, though she couldn't help but try and give her that much. Her presence, her warmth, her affection. Smiling calm and warmly, she did what she could to put things into perspective, "No doubt Arisa would chide you for having let go of the novel that was your past~. If I had to guess why your chest hurts, I'd choose that reason first and foremost. You cannot change the past though... Even if you don't remember much of it, that aching heart clearly does. You need only trust it, and you'll find your way again onto the path you were meant to walk."

When I'm not even me?
How can I live with myself

Alisa was speaking like a 'true friend', but something was still bothering her. Was she telling her everything that had to be known? She seems to know more things than Judina does as in her type of men, so what was he? It created questions that must be asked sooner or later as she pressed her pointing finger against the mid-section of her lower lip and nail against the top. ''Mmmm, do you know any Liches perhaps?'' She wondered. She wanted to know about them, about him, not the him him, but Odin to be exact. Rather or not he was truly bad was up in the air, but if he was... She doesn't know what she will do. If she had to fight him... for her sake then so be it sadly..

Her hand went against the side of her large hip while she looked into Alisa's eyes as she continued to speak about how it might be memory lost. Her eyes gazed away as she thought of the 'muses' that spoke in her head. They surely weren't her own. Once again she switched her golden mirror gaze towards Alisa. ''I feel the memory thing might be some of it, but alas I feel like there is more to it, my friend. This body, it isn't mine... these voices are not mine... in my head.''. When those words echo'd in her mind, it sounded like some madwoman's tale, but it was the truth! ''I hope to travel among this Country to find out what exactly happened to 'Arisa' and I... After I plan things out that is.'' She ended it there as her slender long arms reached out for a martini glass filled with pink liquid and a pineapple within it to bring it towards her lips. She felt... quenched.

"Liches... Not personally, no, though I've been at a wedding where the groom had a lich for his best man. And a Holy Knight of all people~", Alisa snickered as she gave her this little anecdote, and even if it felt like something out of a stage play, every bit of Alisa's body language seemed truthful, the way she chuckled at the oddity of the situation. She thought no less of the Holy Knight in question for this, quite the opposite. Even towards a lich, Alisa would never go as far as judge a man for the color of his bones. Nonetheless, Alisa couldn't help but narrow her eyes. Arisa's voice and posture showed no sign of threat or anger, she wasn't hoping to learn about Liches so she could kill one. Then had she met one, and wanted to be careful? No, that didn't seem like something an angel would worry about... Knowing Arisa, the sculptress couldn't help but smirk softly, bringing that glass to her lips once more, sipping the last few drops yet remaining, "That is an oddly specific question, Ari~ Whatever might have piqued your interested?"

Yes, that knowing smirk on the sculptress face hinted at just how well she knew of Arisa and her love of darkness. Resting her hand on her best friend's shoulder as she put the glass back down on the bar, she shot the girl a sympathetic look, shaking her head, letting her fetch another drink before strolling around the party with her:

"I cannot tell you how to live your life... I can help with plenty of quests, though you alone can figure out what exactly happened with your body and mind.", the sculptress shrugged, drawing blanks here, not really knowing what else she could do or say that could be of use, "That said, I doubt that you wound up with that body for no reason. It is up to you to figure out what that reason might be. Though don't let yourself become so focused you become blind to the world around you. No matter how you got here, in this body... There's far too much beauty in the world to be ignored"

Alisa seems to be the teasing type of friend. It didn't bother Kai at all as it was a different sort of theme compared to the others that declared to be her friend. Teasing was some sort of way to show how comfortable they were towards someone, right? Her golden eyes gazed and researched the raven haired woman. Kai stepped back a little shock at Alisa's teasing question about why her interest was piqued when it came to Liches. Her eyes avoided Alisa's eyes as her cheeks blushed a pink color. ''Piqued? I-I don't know what you mean.'' She stuttered and then looked at her, eyes squinted in frustration. ''I-I was just cu-curious is all!'' She yelled flustered and darted her eyes away once more. Low key, she forgot the details that happened on that night with Odin. It was like her mind was simply playing tricks on her.

There was something about darkness though that drew her in, or it seemed to be that way. ''Mmm, I feel like the past is what made me. What made people act the way they do towards me.'' She spoke and took a drink of the alcohol. Alcohol felt like the only thing that was the same about her and well, her.

That reaction spoke volumes, a far clearer answer than any words from the blonde's lips. Ari had always been reserved about her love life, no matter how different she may see herself now that she'd lost much of her past, Alisa obviously took note of how she was still very much the same person. Perhaps one day she too would she remember her past and realize this, but at this point, it mattered comparatively little.

"I see, I see~...", chuckled the Pegasus, winking knowingly as she teased her best friend, admiring that adorable red hue on her cheeks. She didn't really mind about her being interested in a Lich, Arisa was a decent judge of character before, and thus the sculptress could only hope that much hadn't changed, "Well, If you ever do meet a Lich you like, make sure you introduce us, hmmm~?"

At times she felt her friend wound up more influenced by how others saw her and her past than how she herself saw it. They'd always disagreed on that matter and would continue to do so without detracting from their bond. After all, neither would be too keen on sugarcoating their opinions:

"It is a part of that, no doubt...", Alisa nodded, though nonetheless narrowed her eyes, an assertive look on her face far more seriously in her words than anything she'd ever said before, "Though even more important than your past, one is shaped by how they see that past, and the resulting mindset as they look to the present and the future. You're not a slave to your past Ari, or lack thereof. Whether you get your memories back or not, you have more than enough power to shape your own future if put your heart to it."

She listened to Alisa like anyone probably would at a time of need. She needed assurance, comfort and she was like some precious flower which is about to wilt into something toxic. If only she could remember that night with the Lich as she knew there was some details that were important; like what happened in the end. Kai tilted the glass to her lips as she tasted the sweet liquid of strawberry and mango. It was quite the mix. ''Mmm, Berry Mango Daiquiri. My favorite. You see the light color of golden being mixed with the darkened color of red...~'' She spoke in her frenchy accent and licked her lips softly. Her eyes squinted to look at the details of the drink. It gave her hope of living with whomever she fell for, relaxing by the beach with kids roaming around. A tear fell from both of her eyes as she smiled, gulping it all down. In the end she let go of a relaxing sigh as she put down the glass against the white clothed table.

Her eyes gazed at Alisa who was trying to keep her in place in the light perhaps, but on how long it'd last was in question. 'Put my heart to it?' She questioned the thought of putting her heart into anything as it was doing enough damage. It was hiding things from her mentally as she randomly forgets things when she shouldn't. It was alright though as there were reasons to forget most likely. ''You know, you never told me much of your love life. I spoke enough about mine.'' Her eyes were daring as she placed her right hand against where her heart would be located.

"You really should try this Port Tonic... It's not as sweet as one such cocktail might, but it's to die for~", replied Alisa, passing by a waiter and fetching herself a brand new glass, walking around the party alongside her best friend and wondering what she could do to help her through her troubles.

No, not in place with the light. More so than light or darkness, Alisa wanted to keep Arisa in place with herself, following her own path, being her own woman, and not obeying to whatever romantic interest she had at any given point. She understood this may very well prove a lost cause, but she'd never really stop: In her eyes, why would she, when this too was a show of love to the woman she saw as close to her as a sister?

"That's because there really isn't one...", Alisa replied, glancing away, folding one arm under her generous bosom, hefting it softly as she ponder on her past amorous mishaps. She never really believed in romance in the same way Arisa did, seeing it as nothing but a ball and chain slowing her down, preventing her from walking her path alone just as she'd rather do. Looking back at her friend, she flashed her an understanding look, "I try not to get too invested in a single lover... Romance is quite the fickle force, even more so on a whimsical woman like myself... I know better than to let someone I care for expect something I can never give them."

Yes, Alisa believed in passion, though she'd obviously detached herself from the more intimate aspects of romance, of opening oneself to a single person so thoroughly as to let their hopes and dreams get in the way of your own. She saw love as a potentially inspiring affair, but a fleeting one first and foremost. Strapping yourself down next to another person would only mean you'd come to resent and even hate one another after a certain amount of time. Alisa believed in love, or at least, she wanted to... But reality just proved her wrong.

Love,
it's one of the most colorful emotions.

Kai's mind was always on love or friendship. On some occasions it was on dark thoughts that was hard to get out of. She listened to Alisa and her advice on a drink, but if it wasn't really fruity then she didn't want any of it. The only drink or in this case, a shot, she ordered was 'Four Horsemen'. It was one of the strongest shots and just one could make a light weight drunk. It wasn't that hard to get drink from it, but it took a few of those to get her tipsy. Drinking was more of a hobby of hers.

Something bothered her for some reason though. Alisa not having a love life and never has since who knows how long poked her chest. It's true that people don't need a love life to live, but it does make things better if it's a healthy and good relationship. When it's not, it can drive people to their deaths or even worse, to other people's deaths. Her mentality right now was clam, but how long will that last? Her eyes watched Alisa's as she answers fully. ''Mhmm.~ I see. I suppose it's not for everyone, but I do hope you'll find someone.'' She blinks a few times after looking down and then looks back up while stirring her new drink that arrived with a toothpick. ''Everyone needs love, no matter what you are...'' She glares at her glass as she tries to remember what happened last night.

Alisa got the strangest Deja vu at that moment, and if she every had any doubts towards this woman's identity as her best friend Arisa, they would have dissipated easily, vanishing into thin air in the blink of an eye. She almost reached a point where she might have considered some people as proper partners, and for all her confidence in her words, Ari might easily spot a tinge of uncertainty, a vivid reminder in the shape of another blonde, a face she remembered all too clearly:

"Well, we'll see about that~", Alisa chuckled, gracefully brushing her hair behind her shoulder, betraying a cool, nochalant doubt towards the whole prospect, "I appreciate the though, although indeed, not every one can live their lives chained to another's hopes and dreams."

With her aloof, independent outlook, she'd always struggle with understanding Arisa's views on love, but as time passed, she came to grasp who Ari seemingly felt incomplete without one to give herself to. Perhaps that more so than her missing memories gave the biggest contribution to her current self. At this moment, Alisa feared whatever hopeful lover the girl turned to could easily exploit her vulnerable state:

"...So, I trust you've been settling back into your guild again?", inquired the artist, keeping those quizzical wine red orbits glued on the gilded angel's charming form, wondering how well she'd been settling into her old life.

Love was never going to change, but it does change you. She knows in her heart that love will be forevermore her core of her life. Whomever had her heart will control how she is, but it wouldn't stop her from destroying them - or die trying if something bad happened. She was like a ticking bomb as she was willing to find a way to live forever with the person. Rather or not that was possible was up on the air, but there was still the problem that she couldn't remember what happened last night. It was important, but maybe it was because it happened before. Alisa seemed quite positive that a love life won't appear for her or something like that.

A flicker of a shadow appeared behind Alisa. Their arms wrapped around the woman and all she could see was a wicked smile full of teeth. It only lasted a few seconds as it withered away. Kairisa blinked a few times and shook her head as if trying to escape the train of thought. ''My guild? Yes... for now. I feel lost there for some reason. Till I find else where to go, I will stay in Lamia Scale to help unless my goal tells otherwise.''. What she meant by that is that if her goal requires her to leave, her true goal, then she will do anything at all costs.

Yes, love can be quite the dangerous force, perhaps more so for someone like Ari who willingly hurls herself into in like one jumps on a flowing river, not knowing where or how they might end up. Washed away as such, she little to no control over her emotions or the designs of her own heart, something else Alisa could never bear to watch in herself. Thus she wondered if those in her guild might have helped in some way, tried to make the girl feel at home in however way they could:

"Do be careful...", urged Alisa, feeling a shiver running down her spine but caring little for it in the end, instead hearing her best friend claim how she felt lost there and would only stay until her goal urged otherwise. Those words troubled her more than anything else, for she knew how any unscrupulous foe could manipulate her into doing his bidding, and Arisa's current state made her quite pliable. Feeling this, the sculptress wrapped her arms around Arisa and held her in a tight but short, sisterly hug, her generous bosom squishing softly against the angel's, whispering softly, close to her ear, "You've only just came back... Don't be in such a hurry to leave again.", she squeezed a bit tighter, expressing her affection more openly for once as she peeled away to look into those beautiful golden eyes, "...The people in your guild are people we can trust. Everyone else I can hardly vouch for."

Kairisa stood there as she gazed where the tall slender woman coated in darkness was standing. The eyes were empty holes, but the overlay of the hair could be seen. Was it to remind her of something or to perhaps scare her. Their skin touched as she felt a hug from Alisa as she was lost in thought once more, listening to the soft voice of hers at that very moment. It seemed she was worried about her own well-being. People around them were nothing to her at the moment unless a few appeared to be those she held dear.

After she listened to fully what Alisa had to say she stepped back and looked into those red eyes of hers. Her mind started to think of the guild as more of a cover up for what she may or may not do later. ''Sadly, I don't think so anymore. The guild... seems quite different than it use to. Not sure how or what...'' She started to say as her mind thought darkly of the guild. The only one that came to mind was Daiko as he was the only one he came into good terms with. He was somewhat like a son to her at this point, but that had nothing to do with the guild. During the squeeze, she gritted her teeth and held from blushing, but looked away. ''The holy one does not bound me to a 'guild' anyways.''. She whispered softly as she looked down at the floor.

"Make of the guild whatever you will...", shrugged Alisa, rather dismissively at that, chuckling and winking at her friend as she let one hand rest on her arm, "And here I thought you'd lost your memories~ Really, the guild doesn't matter so much as the people who live there, people who care for you. Even if you may not remember them, I can assure you they'll look out for you. And if you really must leave, well...", Alisa sighed and shook her head, gazing into the beautiful angel's amber eyes, "Then at least make sure you do so for a good reason, alright...?"

Of all the reasons she could think of, doing so over a man was the worst that she could possibly think of... Arisa was just that kind of woman, in a way, though that most destructive aspect of her love life had obviously hurt her a fair bit in the past, and now devoid of her memories, she inevitably end up far more vulnerable to it than ever before. She couldn't tell her who to trust, or who to love... Nobody could convince another of such, not even a close friend. In that case, it fell on her to protect her best friend for those who would inevitably exploit her:

"Be careful... Ari... That name may feel like a stranger to you but, though you lack her memories, you do have her heart. People are far more than just memories.", urged the sculptress, reaching under the blonde, chin, gently guiding it up, drawing the girl's gaze towards her own.

Though she worried about her best friend, Alisa knew in the end there was little she could do to prevent the worst that could happen, and so she'd focus on the next best thing, protect her if something bad came to pass. But even knowing that, she couldn't really help but urge caution, even if it meant repeating herself.

Kairisa softly sighed as she listened to Alisa explain how she felt about it all, but dismissed the subject about the guild. She felt no love for it nor dislike, but she did care for Daiko. The other members she has met weren't quite heart tugging as in she had no care to them. She was holy, she loved and cared for all, but not in a sense of family. There was only a selection of those people and Alisa was one of them and not even in the guild. As she listened to Alisa she then thought of something as to what if she joined her guild? Perhaps that will be another day, but alas it bugged her at that moment.

At that moment she realized something while her hand slid to the belt-like fabric against her waist. ''Right.... I remember now...'' She mumbled lovingly as her mood changed, smiled sweetly. ''I have a significant other.'' Her eyes and face looked directly at Alisa, ''I wouldn't leave for a man, but I wish to help them through their journey, goals and they help with mine in return. If there was any guild for me to go to, it'd be yours, Alisa chan.~'' She teased and chuckled like the old times. Her and Odin were together forever... forever...

Alisa never really saw her as holy, for that merely depicted people's image of her. Arisa's angelic nature as a being of light never really bound her to any church, thought her loving side stood out nonetheless. She did indeed love and was loved by those few she let into her heart, which was her greatest strength, and at times greatest weakness. After all, if she let the wrong person in, she'd likely not pull them out before they hurt her. It made Alisa feel she always had to look out for the girl she looked to as a sister, in however way she could. Having her in the same guild would be perfect, though Alisa could only express this desire in the same playful tone as the blonde chose:

"What a wonderful image~", Alisa chuckled, raising a hand over her mouth and winking knowingly at her best friend. She knew Arisa would never really do that, but the fact remains, she'd love the chance to keep the blonde around, and spend time with her more often, "If you ever do decide that, I'd welcome you with open arms~"

Yes, she'd be lying if she said these news didn't trouble her at all... So a Lich caught the eye of her bleeding heart best friend, who coincidentally happened to not only have lost her memories, but also be one of the few beings in existence capable of once sidedly demolishing even a powerful being of darkness like a Lich. Yes, Alisa found this whole thing insanely suspicious, and realized she'd have to take action if she saw Arisa hurt or exploited.

"...Though it seems to me your family would miss you terribly if you did so.", she added, brushing behind her neck as she picked a new drink from a passing waiter and took a long, sampling sip.

Alisa seemed happy about the idea and perhaps it was a selfish desire of hers for her 'sister' figure to be in the same guild as herself. Kairisa was unsure on the ideals and desires of Alisa, but she knew that the woman cared for her. Oh how the time went by as they talked towards each other as they chatted about personal shenanigans. Her eyes lowered and then looked away as she put her right hand on her hip. ''I don't feel like a family towards them no longer besides perhaps one.'' She came out in truth as she only had an attachment of family with one of the members in Lamia. He was like a son to her.

Her head and eyes turned to look straight at Alisa. ''I suppose that's how it will be in Blue Pegasus if I joined as well.''. It made her unsure now as maybe she didn't belong there either. Was she going to be Guildless in the end? It made her think about the possible encounters, but for now she felt like she had to leave the guild she was currently in. It was no place for her anymore. Mostly when she had her own goals and a mission to do for her life. How it'll turn out? Kai didn't know, nor would Alisa.

Nothing really selfish about it, not by a long shot. Quite the opposite, Alisa would readily hold on to that chance, whatever it might be, to keep her sister around. The moment she put down her now empty glass, she'd take hold of Arisa's hand between hers, cradling it with her warmth, looking into her eyes as she flashed the girl an affectionate smile, showing little concern for the prospect she mentioned:

"Perhaps you will, perhaps you won't. You won't really know unless you try, now, will you...?", spoke the sculptress, holding her as such, letting her warmth radiate through her sister, a physical, inescapable alternative to the emotions the girl might seem almost indifferent to, "Whether you choose Lamia Scale or Blue Pegasus is up to you... Though i'd hope you wouldn't try to stay too long by yourself."

She doubted Ari would listen to her in the end... She seldom did before when she recalled their strong bond, friends so close they might as well be sisters... Now why in the world would she listen now? Hardly defeatist by any means, Alisa was merely a realist. That didn't stop her hoping, even if she found herself preparing for the worst.

"And I'd certainly hope to see you more often in either case~", chuckling softly, she'd let go of Ari's hand at long last, stroking it gently one last time, gazing into her eyes as her hand returned to her hip, taking but a moment's pause to take in her surroundings.
