Client:

Khalash Saton: Khalash is the owner of the Mag Drug Magic Shop. He is an old fellow and knows quite a bit about magic. In the past he used to be traveling merchant, but after falling in love with Magnolia he had decided to stop roaming around in order to set up a shop in there. He sells all sorts of magical items in his shop.

Summary: Khalash is in need of someone to come and volunteer to test out a new shield design he's come up with. Meet with him and use your Magic to help test the reliability of the shield.

Enemies: None

Objective: Volunteer to help Khalash Saton test out his latest shield for the Magic Council, both as a test subject and as someone to test out its durability.

Extra Rewards: None

Details:

Create a topic in Mad Drug Magic Shop.
You will approach Khalash about the proposal that he had posted in town asking for an assistant.
He will be delighted and will lead towards the back of his shop, in a more isolated, but open, area.
You'll be provided with a shield and then he will ask you to hold it up to defend against a spell he'll cast at you.
Protect yourself from the fireball that he fires at you and then show him the shield afterwards.
Khalash will be giddy with glee and will ask for the shield and then ask you to hit him with your strongest attack possible, be it spell or weapon strike.
Once you attack the shield, you'll see that the shield is still in one piece, having hardly suffered a dent.
Beyond himself, Khalash will be unbelievably thankful and will give you jewels for your effort.
He'll then dismiss you as he returns back into his store to do more work.
