The battle had been days ago and they yet stood dealing with the aftermath. Alisa doubted many leftovers from the battle yet remained, in the form of Grimoire stragglers but that didn't make it her careless in the slightest. She still walked around clad in her new armor and sword, hoping she wouldn't need to use them. But who knows...? Today had turned out rather rainy, with Alisa getting caught outside without an umbrella. Most quickly retreated indoors, yet others - no doubt facing a similar problem as the sculptress - remained outside.

"Well, there's no helping it now...", she though, resigning herself to getting a bit drenched before returning to the hotel, for she really didn't feel like running back

The woman looked around, taking in the dreary setting of a normally busy street rendered less busy due to the battle, and now far less so with the rain... Sighing, Alisa felt somewhat thankful she appreciated scarcely populated places. About five or so meters to her left stood an alley, right between two a café and a bakery shop. She remembered this alley was one of the paths she took to reach the Castle on the day of the battle... Yet not it had been completely blocked by debris.

Though most of the city had now been restored, indeed leftovers such as this yet dotted the cityscape every so often... Hopefully she wouldn't find that many more.

There weren't many, that was with reason. The fights. The rain. Nastasya stood hidden under a tree with her companion Victoire. She sighed, she should have been at the hotel hours ago and sleep right now. As she always slept during day time, it was already getting darker but she wasn't sure if that was because of the rain, as she had no idea what time it was officially. She tried to hide from the rain but it had the minimum effect, her red hair was covered by a cloak but the little bits that stuck out were damp.

The reason why she also still wasn't in her hotel was because she had been hungry, which meant that her unreasonable side took over and she couldn't change anything about it. But even her berserker side was not in the mood to eat while it rained or more like to hunt while it rained. She looked around and wondered what to do, if she should walk back or run back to the hotel or not. She decided it was smart to do and she muttered for Victoire to come along while she ran out from under the tree and past some stores that were still closed and just when she checked out where she was walking: she bumped into someone. Great. Something she could definitely use, so instead of even apologizing, she simply put her hand in front of her mouth, she felt the need to drink blood so badly. Her red eyes were already glowing. Great timing as usual.

As she looked at the alley, her eyes soon trailed a few inches to the the side, onto the window of that bakery shop... Those cakes and breaded goodness looked rather scrumptious indeed, and even with the rain pouring overhead, that sight and smell all but enraptured Alisa... A distraction she instantly regretted, as even the reflection of the approaching woman on the window failed to draw her attention before suddenly bumping into her, a soft interject escaping Alisa's lips that sounded almost like a yelp. Almost...

"Oh...! Ara, not paying attention I take it~?", despite her choice of words, her tone sounded anything but upset, more like a nonchalant, playful tease at the comparatively short collision pushing both women slightly apart. The sculptress scanned the other head to toe while her reflexed moved her right hand to the woman's arm, as if preventing her from falling should she trip.

At the end of their last score, most defenders would feel a numbing sense of relief that the enemies had finally left. Yet that made them lower their guard, which in turn allowed any stragglers to take care of unfinished business. Yet Alisa had been on the lookout for leftovers from the battle, and had now ran into a living, breathing, stunning example of one.

Tall height, perfect match... Hairstyle, perfect match... Eye color, perfect match... Curvaceous figure, doubly perfect match.

From a single glance Alisa understood this woman had a far greater possibility of being one of the enemies fought last time; more than anyone else she'd met. Yet Alisa's top grade poker face revealed none of it as she flashed the woman the same smile she showed everyone, devoid of hostile intent as she helped her stand upright; all while keeping an eye out for sudden moves as they stood only slightly over a meter away. Her left hand too reached for the woman's arm, yet that same bent left arm stood ready to take defensive actions, if needed by whatever reason.

In the end what troubled Alisa the most was her inability to hear the woman approach her, which she'd have been able to with everybody else. Only one other person ever snuck up on her like this, and as a rule the sculptress loathed the very notion of someone being able to.

Nastasya tried to regulate her breathing because she didn't want to go crazy at all, her eyes turned in the red shiny orbs what happened when she was hungry, they would shine like orbs in the darkness, "The rain makes everything a mystery." she muttered, trying to breathe through her mouth instead of her nose, else she might just simply jump up to this person, which was why she was trying to avoid to do. She had gotten blood recently, she didn't understand why she was reacting so heavy.

At least she didn't trip or fall backwards because of the stranger, "Thanks," she muttered for that and she couldn't resist but look up, it was a very beautiful lady, but Nastasya had to be very careful, Victoire was standing closely behind herself but this person surely did looked heavily dressed for just a casual stroll. So she had no idea if she should just say her regards and walk away, the whole thing about having no definite message from Crowley or Icarus and thus a task in what they needed to do surely made things a lot more difficult. "Sorry, I forgot to say that." She decided to say, to play it safe perhaps?

There seems to have been some truth to the words of Grimoire heart... Alisa had no interest in fighting them for killing the nobles, or even the king. If they could keep the state from falling into disarray, she had no objection to either of those deaths. Her guildmaster was a whole other story. She cared little for what reasons may have driven them to take his life, but then Alisa was a selfish, vindictive woman, and wouldn't let go of one who took the life of her loved ones:

"Indeed...", she answered, keeping up appearances and the pleasantries, though couldn't help but find something odd in this woman. Though Alisa didn't really know how she'd look otherwise, the redhead looked to be well and truly off her game, distracted by something... As if bumping into her wasn't proof enough of that, "Though in times like these, we could most certainly use something; to wash everything away such... Wouldn't you agree?"

The woman was rather pretty, so much Alisa actually hoped she'd be wrong, even if the odds of that were less than 10%. If she suddenly ran off, those odds would increase, betraying a desire to lay low one could easily associate with an outlaw.

"No, its quite alright. A window like this could distract just about anyone~", she'd say, nodding towards the bakery in front of them, letting go of the woman's arm for now, though still looking curiously at her...

What to say to a stranger while you needed to get out of here as soon as possible. She felt Victoire pushing her paw against the back of her left calf and she almost stumbled because with this thirst for blood and the whole crazy side she became fastly imbalanced. She wanted to, she stared a little too long for her own liking at the slender neck of the stranger in front of her, actually perfectly hidden by what seeme to be an armour and her long black hair. So that was a good thing, no showy veins or anything that would make her even go more crazy than she would be able to go. She tried to take a deep breath but made the mistake to breath through her nose and she wasn't sure if this person was bleeding, she doubt it, she would have spotted that but it smelled, well like a sweet fragment that she wanted to sink her teeth in.

It took a while before Nastasya understood what the stranger said, "Oh yeah.. Like a fresh start after.. a storm or so to say. Yeah." Wow was she already getting dumb because of the need to drink blood? This was getting ridiculous. She looked at the hand that just let her go before turning again back to the stranger her.. oh red eyes. For a second she wondered if she might be a vampire, but it wasn't the red eyes that had made Nastasya a vampire in the first place, she was just not thinking clearly, "Yeah it looks very tasty." she said but she wasn't talking about the bakery.

Clearly, just the slightest look at this redhead suggesed how much she'd much rather be elsewhere... The sculptress knew plenty of things about this woman, but not her vampirism. But with such an uncanny sense of smell for blood, the woman would most likely notice it off Alisa's armor. Not only a living creature that drunk Alisa's blood to unleash its power - ironically not unlike a vampire - but the mere fact the woman took it to every battle meant quite a few of her enemies had bled on it on various occasions. She'd cleaned the armor well enough, but as any good detective might know, removing the tiniest traces of red from evidence often proves a particularly laborious challenge.

"Or a battle~", she'd shoot the woman a knowing look, one an average person might find completely innocent, but one a guilty, involved party might find rather accusing, especially with the way those eyes of inquisitive ruby red locked onto the stranger, catching her unusually interested, almost ravenous gaze. She'd turn to face her slightly, and at that moment, it felt as if both Alisa's eyes and those 'designed' on her armor would look at her, "I could join you for some food if you'd like."

With this offer, she'd tilt her head slightly, clearly not so much interested in the offer but the woman's reaction to it. Meanwhile, the redhead could wonder on her interest, but at this point it would simply feel like a mere courtesy...

Something made her drowsy but in a way that she was losing the aspects of live again, which had happened so many times when she had been hiding from the world, she looked over her shoulder at Victoire for a second. Thank god she had not been alone but her companion hadn't been able to help her, she wasn't sure how she would explain things but it was good that Victoire happened to accept her still even with that. Odin had seen it, they had not talked about it, she had not wanted it. It felt like it was a second person, the vampire person that wanted her to get another way of acting around people. To simply see them as vermin perhaps, walking blood bags and she wouldn't want that for many more reasons. She had figured out that the berserker side, as she called it, was afraid of demons though.

"Of course but than the rain would be just rain. It is a shame what destruction a battle brings with it." She knew that her eyes, the stranger her red eyes, were looking her, assuming way more and she simply looked back, not liking it and quickly breaking the stare. "That sounds like a surprising nice thing to today. Let's get out of the rain shall we." Which felt very intruding in to her life all of a sudden, she still didn't know what it was but the urge to simply faint, get the reign to the other version and drink blood, that would be great. But that's not how it worked.

Despite knowing it was hardly good for her should her suspicions prove correct, Alisa spared a glance at the rather beautiful vulpine creature besides the stunning redhead. Indeed the two of them were both quite beautiful and the sculptress frequently needed to remind herself of their affiliation to keep herself from getting too comfortable. If what she heard about Grimoire was true, then she wouldn't even have minded said affiliation... She doubted most people in that guild were as selfless as Zade's words suggested, but that didn't change the fact that on some level they had actually given a great boon to the citizens. That herself and this woman now found herself still on opposite sides despite the war ending was merely an unfortunate coincidence: She was at the wrong place, at the wrong time.

"It is indeed...", Alisa sighed, holding the door for the snowy fox then letting it go, "All things considered, the city got off quite easy; compared to some other battles we've seen. I take it you were here for the whole thing then?"

She let the woman go in first yet doing this would likely prompt her companion to in after Alisa lest the pair be exceedingly trusting. From there, she'd simply point to the nearest table for two and sit down. A blonde waitess came over to them shortly, all smiles with a notepad in hand. She asked what they were having. Sparing a glance at the new acquaintance, she returned the woman's smile, hummed for a moment as she considered her options - and the food in the surrounding tables - and finally spoke up:

"Let's see... I'll have a grilled cheese and a Bloody Mary. How about you...?", she'd raise an eyebrow, crossing her legs as she turned to the redhead

Things had gone weird lately, first the blonde, no white, well the creature of light because he sure wasn't human and now this very suspicious woman. How to mingle your way out, she should have said she wasn't hungry but that was dumb for she was sure looked famished, she tried her very best to not look like she was going to die of hunger or become a berserker. She didn't really understand why it had not happened yet, especially with the fragmance the woman gave off, "Oh yeah I heard about the one in Hargeon, Era. Things like this happen too often." She lied, not looking at the stranger as she walked towards the bakery after they decided to eat together, she did hower look up and looked in the red eyes that felt strangely her own, she had never met another person with red eyes, "Well depends on what you see as the whole thing. I bumped into a lycan and someone knocked me on the head. I have no idea what happened but the healers surely patched me up." She didn't have to lie about that, she was just a bit vague, that the healers weren't the ones from the army was just plainly left out to hope people liked to make assumptions.

She followed to the first free table and let Victoire sit next to her on her right side, the left side avaible if she needed her space from the blood smell. She took the menu and coughed as she swallowed wrong and tried to breath at the same time with the order of the girl, bloody mary? Bit early in the morning? It wasn't even early, for her it was. "Oh eh.. I still need to look in the menu." so she quickly did and she had no idea what to order, "Eh a grilled cheese sounds fine and a sparkled water." It didn't taste like anything for her this was a ridiculous action that she did now.

Yup, the woman obviously looked hungry, now in the middle of so many other hungry people she could much more readily recognize one such look, but still Alisa had no way of knowing what particular breed of thirst ailed the beauty before her.

"They definitely do... You'd almost think someone has a taste for warfare with all these raids.", she'd comment, rather enraptured by the woman's ruby red gaze, only a slightly different shade of crimson against her own wine color. Alisa rested her cheek on her palm, sounding visibly intrigued by the tale of the woman's survival, "And now that is quite the interesting tale~ I'm glad you're not too worse for wear...", also the truth, for even though this woman likely had information Alisa needed, she had no personal quarrel with her, "Personally, I battled a huge man with wild, shaggy hair and an eye patch. I don't suppose you ran into him at some point did you?"

Alisa had a good idea of the enemies people had faced, and none of the defenders had mentioned a Lycan. Sure, she could be missing some tiny bit of information, but with this statement, the odds of her being one of the enemies just increased a bit more, 5% give or take. At this point, she'd feel somewhat comfortable attacking the woman, but the war was technically over. She'd need to be a bit more subtle about it. Regardless, their food arrived shortly after, complete with an array of sauces: Mustard, ketchup, and chili.

"Mmm~", she took a sniff of that pleasant smelling grilled cheese, losing herself in that delight almost making her mouth water, "Smells delicious~"

She grab and squeeze a fair bit of spicy sauce and ketchup, and take the first experimental bite...

Oh man she hoped that the grilled cheese would take the edge off and perhaps the sparkled water but she was so not sure about that, she had not tested that out before, she looked around, at least no one was bleeding in here, it was just that armour, Nas had no idea how it worked but it gave her the creepy vibes. She turned to look back at the stranger, thinking that every time was a bit rude, "That's a good way of putting it, personally I'm more of a person that likes to be able to travel and see what the world brings, which is hard with the warfare around." Okay now she was really putting things on edge by saying that, like too obvious, though it was true. Fighting was not her style. She nodded when the stranger said that she was glad she got worse to wear, she heard about her fight and her eye twitched. Zade. "Oh no, again I have no idea about it, that lycan, well to me they all look the same but than that hit to my temple. Quickly was over." She tried to shrug it off but pretend it bothered her, which it did but than for the other way around and she looked at the table, annoying.

She thanked the waitress for the food and took a sip of her water, but it didn't really help, she stared at the ketchup goo and swallowed, she shouldn't eat that right now, or she should trying to cheat on her brain telling it was blood? "Yeah it certainly does."

"A lone wanderer huh...", an understanding look flashed on Alisa's face, "I can relate, probably more than you can imagine..."

Of course, Alisa knew that, if the redhead was indeed one of the enemy, then she'd likely know one of her comrades. And if she did, she'd also know this man's strength was far beyond the average mage or swordsman. For someone to have fought him and be here now all fine and dandy instead of a hospital or a grave took some measure of merit. As her foe had simply left, Alisa took little pride in her supposed victory... But she knew his friends may not see it as such, and like a good poker player, she spotted it; a tell. As she played her cards one by one, mentioning that man finally cracked her poker face with the faintest twitch of her eyebrow:

"You're lucky... He was quite the troublesome opponent. Though I guess stopping him onslaught was the best we could do.", though she was just as interested in her tales of the lycan and chuckled at her remark, "Fufufu~ How earnest of you. But you're alive; in war, that alone counts as a victory."

At this point the odds stood about as close to 100% as they could. Alisa had little doubt in her mind this woman was one of the members of Grimoire Heart. She munched her way through most of the sandwich, not having realized just how hungry she felt until that first bite blessed her palate with that yummy softness of grilled cheese. But when she tried a bit of that Bloody Mary, her eyes smile and eyes widened in tandem:

"Oh my, this is really good. Here, you should try some~", she'd stretch out her hand, offering her sip to her beautiful acquaintance. So long as they had the luxury of a not so unpleasant meal together, might as well enjoy the reprive.

Probably more than she could imagine? Oh yeah this was getting to the wrong end of the conversation, which made the little voice in her mind say; just take a hostage. Good guys never do something to a hostage. Well she knew a story from Yami, so she wouldn't want to risk everything. And than there was the thing about Zade, she had never seen him fight but if you considered her, Yami, Caius and obviously Odin as the walking lieutenants than he was the Captain. Icarus and Crowley far above that with Theseus who she had not seen fight as well. To have defeated him, she was in serious trouble, "Good to hear you got out of that with what looks like no scratch. But of course I can't tell. We have magnificent healers in our country." But her voice felt to her as if it was faltering, she had no idea what she should say, now her voice actually remained normal but she felt a bit panic. "Yes surviving is one of the greatest victoires. Basically unscratched and able to find my companion, I count it as a blessing." Well she had been very lucky and got a bonus round in the morning you wouldn't hear her complain.. apart from the fact that she had to lose for that.

She took a bite of the sand or well grilled cheese, she wondered if it was the same for other vampires or if she was simply a default. She took a bite and looked up when the stranger, still no time for introductions had offered her a sip of the bloody mary. How funny, but she did, alcohol mostly gave his flavour to her still. That's why she prefered it, "That is indeed very good." That's when she heard a small gasp from someone near the bar and her red eyes immediately found the blood drop. Shit.

Little by little the woman's poker face fell apart. Her eyes darted away more often, her voice gained audible hints of nervousness, visibly intensifying the more they discussed Zade:

"Oh the healers needn't bother with me; so they could save their mana for those much worse off." , this felt almost needless to say but deep down, Alisa secretly found a hint of sadistic pleasure in slowly picking apart that veil of lies and secrets dark mages shield themselves under.

A leftover from her days as a hateful hunter of anyone bearing the mark of a dark guild, not so easily vanquised even though she consciously recognized the war with Grimoire was over. Though her words were God's honest truth, even if the woman tried to see it as a bluff the doubt would linger in her mind.

"Glad she didn't sustain any injuries; your friend is very beautiful. Well both of you actually~" , she'd chuckle, not really shy about complimenting them when it was once more simply the truth. And finally, she tilted her head, remembering she's just forgotten something very important, "That reminds me, I never asked your names? I'm Alisa."

Of course, there might not have been time for introductions in the end as out of nowhere, the woman stiffened. Casually, Alisa would scratch her right bicep with her left hand. This might seem like a casual action for someone who knew nothing of her armor, but to Alisa, closing the three clasps would allow the armor to drink her blood and empower her. At the same time, she kept the woman's hands on the corner of her eye... Was an attack really coming now...?

The vampire wasn't actually listening anymore, she had heard about the compliment but had been drinking a sip of the bloody mary and when the introduction came, she had been distracted by the blood and she placed the glass on the table again and stared at the person, the girl over there, as if she was hypnotized and she stood up and wanted to ask if the person was okay but her berserker side told her that it wasn't necessary, but before she could walk away from the table she smelled much more blood and her face turned back to Alisa. Her eyes now glowing, "I need to get out of here." She said, her breath quickening, "Vic!" It was rude not to pay but she could come back when this Alisa was gone and the blood cleaned up for this waitress but she hurried to the door, she needed fresh air.

She felt the need to get blood, her body turning her back, before she could even get out of the bakery, staring at the waitress, her fangs felt like they were growing. Too big for her mouth as she was breathing too quick to actually caught a breath but that wasn't necessary for an undead, damn. She had tried to not lose her face but she was so under the influence of having no blood that it had gone wrong and now this, "Okay I know what you think but I need to get out here. Help me." Victoire tried to push her out of the door but the ninetails wasn't strong enough for that, her glowing red eyes tried to depend on Alisa.

It soon dawned on her the woman appeared not to be reacting to anything she said anymore... Had she stopped caring? No, more like she stopped listening altogether. The next time the woman acknowledged her presence, she uttered near desperate words that visibly surprised Alisa for the first time since they'd met. As she got up, Alisa hurriedly picked out some jewels and paid for both their meals, just so nobody would come after them.

"Oh... What happened?", she asked yet her body moved on reflex. Resting her hand on the woman's back, she walked out the bakery, feeling a unusual sort of resistance; the redhead almost appeared to be fighting her own body. Her words, her spoken need to leave this place, didn't add up to her body's resistance. Alisa, however, had little struggle pushing her out dragging her feet across the cold floor if she had to, until the warm comfort of the bakery gave way to the damp, chilly air of the rainy outdoors...

What had happened? Had the nerves gotten to her...? No, it couldn't be the nerves, then why would she ask Alisa for help? Something else, something she wasn't seeing. That missing piece of the puzzle took hold of her thoughts, that same place where the woman's not so secret identity once stood.

"Now then... What in the world was that all about...?", Alisa asked, a faint sliver of compassion yet lingering in her mind. Yet it lasted little more than an instant, and soon she'd roughly push the woman away, devoid of the almost gentle touch she'd given her thus far.

This would increase the distance between them to roughly five meters, as they now stood two meters away from the bakery in a twenty meter wide street.

"Never mind that... I think we both know the gig is up.", at this point, all facade of pleasantries had faded away, and Alisa stared her foe down with frigid, unyielding determination, watching her every moment, ready to shut up and fight if the foe cared not for her motivations as she reached for the three clasps in her armor. Though in that case, Alisa would simply react with steel, drawing her sword the moment anybody stepped closer than two meters to her...

How ironic... The same master who had saved her from the grip of her own hatred would be rolling in his grave if he saw her like this. Yet this one time. If she could, Alisa would ask him: "I won't kill them all, Master... But... Whoever took you away has no right to live... And this woman knows the name!"

This simple thought steeled her vindictive resolve as much as she needed: "Life Fiber Override...", she called out, closing them all, letting the armor soak in her blood, turning pure red in an instant before transforming entirely, "Kamui Junketsu!!"

A steam pressure deflagration knocked away the rain drops in that instant, revealing the awakened version of Alisa's armor. Skimpy, barely covering anything from the chest down, but in the process baring the blue stamp on the sculptress' midriff: a very clear explanation for that hateful look in her eyes. At the same time, Junketsu's own eyes locked onto both the woman and her partner, revealing how it was indeed alive:

"Now, tell me...", she demanded, right hand reaching for her sword. As she focused her gaze on the woman's, she kept the fox out the corner of her eye, "Who killed master Lance?"

It was ridiculous weak to ask someone that was so affirmative about her being a Grimoire Heart member for help. Had she not been fighting herself to not get blood and to not be so hungry and on the brick of insanity, she would have been able to play this game a lot better but now: she had lost it so soon already. But the person didn't stop her or didn't try to help, she did push her albeit with a bit resistance from Nastasya herself outside and made her step into the damp weather outside again. Fresh air was not enough, the scent of blood still lingered around, she could hear Victoire quickly following them, probably concurned if she would be able to get out of this without sinking her teeth into anything. That would make her funerable for other things, for other blood and fights and.. let's pray Crocus didn't give her that.

She felt a push, a shove and could quick enough find her balance again and stare at Alisa, she vaguelyl remembering the name. She closed her eyes shortly when the distance caming, following the soft thuds of footsteps on the stones, barely audible because of the rain. Yes, the gig was off but with this rain it would be highly impossible to be hidden by invisibility. She didn't know what Grimoire Heart had done to her in first instance, but she would see and know in a matter of seconds to minutes. She crossed her arms, watching with her red eyes what was going to happen. For a second it seemed that she got her old self back but technically she was very much struggling still, especailly when the smell of fresh blood came again.

She let go of her stance, pressing her hand against her nose with the smell of blood and stared at the transformation of the armour, it had showed up red, there was blood, fresh blood in that armour. She let her eyes scan the barely armour but armour none the less and she wasn't sure if she liked the armour because of the blood, she did immediately notice the blue pegasus sign and her mind went out to what Odin and Caius had told her, something about the masters.

If she had not said Master, Nasty might have not understood who this person was anyway, she didn't even hang out in Hargeon or wherever it was in that time. She had been gone, missing, lost in the craziness of needing blood. But there was only one good guess at who could have done it, "No clue." She said though, "I assume this was in Hargeon and I wasn't around back then."

By not flinching at her accusation, the pale woman confirmed what Alisa already knew. As the pouring rains intensified, trailing down her hair and body until the former clung to her skin, the sculptress saw nothing but a source who could bring her one step closer to vengeance. And whether or not that source accepted such role was of no consequence: With her unyielding resolve, she'd have the woman bend to her will whether she liked it or not.

How insulting... In her answer Alisa found an insult to her intelligence, her brow twitching in response. Yet she knew better than letting a provocation cloud her judgment. Of course the woman wouldn't yield so easily, but by the time Alisa got through with her, she'd have given up either the information, or the ghost.

She disliked the idea of leaving a trail of dead bodies in her wake, thinking to herself how that's what the old Alisa would have done... Yet she disliked thinking about the killer living a free, peaceful life. This woman should count herself lucky that Alisa found her first, and not Finn, who would have killed her on principle. Thus, she placed her left hand on the scabbard and right on the hilt, a menacing presence to intimidate her foe into giving her what she wanted... To no avail.

"Lies"

Alisa actually believed her not having been in Hargeon. But killing a Guildmaster isn't so measly a feat to remain hidden from one's guildmates; no matter how shady. However, Alisa didn't answer, as saying something would have alerted her enemy to an impending attack. Instead, her reply came with a swift, full speed forwards dash, initiating battle without warning: With a simple push of her left thumb, she loosed the blade enough for her to draw it at any point. Yet instead of delaying her draw for when she could strike the redhead, she did so immediately...

Despite seemingly charging at the redhead, this would have been a simple feint: Instead, Alisa had dashed just over half a meter in a single quick step, landing with her left foot pointing straight towards the snowy fox, who stood slightly over two meters away. This caused her body to naturally turn in that direction, converting the leftover momentum from her dash into turning speed, helping her draw her sword at her full speed and cut the fox down with a horizontal slash to the torso.

The cut may have been bloodily defeated her, yet she didn't cut deep enough to maim the creature who, in her mind, was blameless for the sins of the redhead... Who in turn likely had no direct hand in Master Lance's death, making this little more than guilt by association. Yet cutting down the vulpine creature first was not so much a statement but a measure of containment, to prevent both it and the woman from fleeing in opposite directions where one of them could seek help from their Grimoire partners.

As the fox stood a mere two meters from her, Alisa effectively struck it down in a fifth of a second, relying on her natural movement speed to generate momentum and accelerate. She kept her body loose and fluid, ensuring she could turn this dash and draw into a feint at any point should the fox move away, which would prompt Alisa to reposition with another step if necessary

At all times she kept the redhead in the corner of her eye, and would return to that cold, resolute glare to her crimson eyes immediately after defeating the fox - In her mind, Alisa saw no way of avoiding this attack without being faster than her. This attack was her own answer to the woman's words of ignorance, stating how little believed them without uttering a single word.

As she thought again, dumb, that if she kept her hands off the issue that no one would get harmed but instead this Blue Pegasus mage went for her companion and she let go of the reigns that she held on her crazy side. She had to work together to not blindly attack every thing that she was doing, she would never be fast enough. She noticed the silly ice beam but Victoire was too slow to hit Alisa as the mage ran too fast. Nastasya let out a yell, "Don't think highly off yourself if you attack the innocent. I TOLD YOU I DON'T KNOW!" She yelled, because having one guess wasn't fair it could be Icarus, it could be Caius, it could be Yumi, heck it could even be Odin because she knew the three of them had been there but she wans't sure. She wasn't there. She had not spoken about any of the death of the masters, she had simply heard that in her travel, she wasn't even sure if she heard from either of her friends. But her guess was on Icarus and she wouldn't care if it really was him; falsly accusation or not. But she wouldn't betray her friends.

That sword was an issue, that armour was an issue and now that they stood about three meters away from each other, knowing very well that her invisibility didn't work, she would keep that in her mind, not using it immediately, she could maybe use it later. She needed to make a decision far quicker than it felt like she was doing now, seeing her companion getting hurt. She was sure she couldn't be considered innocent but she had done nothing, not to the masters and not even to the people in Crocus, she had walked and was immediately attacked, after that she had tried to defend herself as well as hit that child but still, there was no good and no evil. Their was pride and the blind to not be able to see it. She would spit on them for their high and mighty talk. Damned they all were.

She lifted up her hand quickly and bit in it, waving the blood away from her to create the helix spell that she send towards Alisa. This opponent might be far too fast for her. She would in case she noticed her foot shift for another dash, immediately pull out her push spell.

The moment she felt her sword hit home and defeating the fox creature, she quickly brought her left hand to her Katana and flipped it around so the blade faced the redhead, finishing the motion of her previous dash while preparing the next attack. Thus when the woman bit her hand, Alisa would already have been dashing straight at her, seeing nothing but the enemy and the fastest way to cut her down.

Indeed in another place, in another time, they might have actually been friends, if they'd only sat down without Alisa seeing her as in league with her master's killer... Or her not seeing Alisa as the one who cut both her and her partner down in the name of a vengeful ambition.

"Good, evil... However you see me is irrelevant. But, you won't stand in my way.", cold, determined words of someone who'd cast off the chains of good and evil long ago and chose to live by her own path, her own views, and not what others though of them.

Her resolve was such that she was perfectly willing to let others see her as a demon if it meant fulfilling her goals. She too saw good and evil as relative terms people selfishly hold on to, and either side uses to justify whatever acts of cruelty they can think of. Alisa too was selfish, yet she acknowledged and accepted that side of her instead of letting delusions of righteousness blind her to the truth. Despite clearly lacking any illusions of being good while her foe was evil, she pressed forth without hesitation: She'd carve her will upon this world for her own sake, that of her loved ones, and nobody else's.

Though she might have scarcely see and reacted to Alisa's dash, the sculptress moved faster than the woman could draw blood, meaning the redhead barely had the time to push her away and shoot a double helix made out of blood. As both Alisa and the spell moved at the same speed for an instant, the sculptress had enough time to lower her head and close her eyes, just before the large helix finally collided with her and pushed her about a meter further back before the helix moved past her. The sculptress grit her teeth, feeling only the impact as her armor took the whole damage without issue.

Fortunately, the foe's absence of elemental alignment meant both her sword and armor took little damage, and by the time Alisa stood four meters away from her foe, the jets on her back activated at full throttle, at the same time as her legs propelled her forwards once more. By using a flight spell without actually leaving the ground she could harness its momentum and added thrust and effectively accelerate mid dash.

With her sword held out in front of her, Alisa charged forwards, swinging her sword down diagonally such that it would make contact when she reach under one and a half meters of her foe. Between starting her dash and complete the attack, no more than a fifth of a second would pass. Her armor allowed the sculptress to fight more boldly than she normally would, yet she still kept her eyes on her foe the whole time, as the slightest motion could cause this attack to turn into a feint and the flight jets to push sideways, enabling to complete her attack unimpeded

Irrelevant. So many things were irrelevant. Apparently to the good side of the world, the one she had so desperately wanted to join, it was irrelevant how you see them; but she would always be the bad one. Icarus had brought this upon her, upon her companion. Why in the world..

As she had thought before, the armour was an issue, and what was she wearing? Leather. How much leather worked, to move fast, to slide and not break but it would not protect her much from that katana. Four meters away and no way out, the rain worked against her, that armour and the katana worked against her, the speed worked against her, what could she do? Turning invisible had no effect, the spell had had no effect but she moved her hand up and she would take the pain for granted, above her, covering the 4 meters between her and the lady, appeared the cloud of blood magic, the blood rain, the Blue Pegasus mage must be able to cross this 4 meters in a blink of an eye and she activated her own dash to make it to the other side of the street, 5 meter distance from her orginal spot the moment the mage came towards her, forming the sword diagonal towards her. She doubt she would be fast enough.

After putting distance between herself and the attacking sculptress, the Grimoire mage wasted no time raising her hand to cast what Alisa assumed to be another spell. Without seeing anything shot her way, she assumed the spell to be either a form of support, or something to come from above or below... The latter presented the best case scenario as she doubted the foe's blood magic could break through her Kamui anytime soon. Thus, seeing that action didn't stop her Alisa, and neither did the woman's sideways dash, for a different reason...

With the sheer speed of her flowing motion, Alisa had no chance to react to the woman's dash -  Towards the sculptress' right side, heading for the edge of the street - until she'd started her own advance towards where the blood mage previously stood. Alisa's own reaction came only when she stood about three meters away from her destination, after the blood mage moved just under a meter to her left. Yet at this moment, her body reacted on instinct, firing up her left thrusters and propelling herself sideways, three meters, even while her momentum yet carried her forward.

This turned Alisa's forward advance into a diagonal one, and with roughly double her foe's speed, the sculptress would stand in her trajectory in about a quarter of a second. Yet the length of Alisa's arms and sword ensured the latter could intercept in advance.

Pulled towards the opposite side with the sudden acceleration to the right, Alisa's intended diagonal strike thus became horizontal as she swung in the direction of her advance, putting all of that momentum into the strike: If not stopped, it would slice cleanly across the woman's midsection. Considering the redhead moved in the same direction as Alisa's slash, it wouldn't deal much damage until she actually intercepted her mid dash, upon which she'd run herself into the sharp black blade and get a devastating gash to the left side of her abdomen.

Were it intended to kill, she'd have bled out in seconds... But as she needed the woman alive, Alisa gave her the same treatment she gave her companion: Deep enough for the bleeding to knock her unconscious, but not enough to take her life...

With less than a fifth of a second to see the attack, the redhead might see it, yet her body would have no time to do anything about it, not when she couldn't expect Alisa to move sideways as such without even the slightest motion. Alisa saw no possible way for an enemy avoid such an attack from this close, yet even if she did, the rain of sharp, piercing blood would come soon after:

"This would have hurt you far more than me...", she'd comment, raising her palm as one would under a sudden downpour, wincing only slightly at the impact of the blood projectiles as they hit her skin and shattered, unable to pierce Junketsu's hardening.

With both foes defeated, she'd wipe the blood off her sword and sheathe it, then proceed to grab both the defeated redhead and her companion under each arm and blitz away into an alley - flying over the boulder obstructing it and thus ensuring nobody could follow them. She'd take a fair amount of time to find a place to hole up where nobody could bother them, and damaged, derelict warehouse likely abandoned during the battle. There she, she could bandage the wounds she herself caused securely enough that neither foe could bleed to death, and securely chain both woman and fox around a thick, concrete column, and sit on a piece of debris, calmly crossing her legs as she gave the woman some time wake up, before doing it by force...

Where she had missed the point in that her move would be a dumb way to get out and thus actually not get out, she was already too late. A sharp piercing pain that didn't even describe the pain sensation ran through her. Besides that she was already so hungry and the more loss of blood and frustration would not make up for her mind. Her red eyes stared at the blood spattered on the ground and at Victoire a few feet away from her. She tried to keep up; standing upright but she started to sway. Her mind not even being able to make the connection between things.

She staggered another moment before she felt her body giving up and falling out from under her or so was the sensation of it. She lost everything, her mind, her body and closed her eyes. The rain stopped when she was knocked out but at least it had started on time, shame it had no effect but she had tried, as usual she lost. Her mind told her that again and again, the light creeping up. The curse that she was hit with around her heart was forming a network of little light dots on her skin, making it's way up to her collarbone.

She had no idea how long the two of herself were fighting herself again. She didn't know what was going on as she woke up, her complex had become even more pale and her iris had even lost the white colour, she was crazy for the lack of blood in her system, she woke up and looked at the surroundings, she had spotted the woman from before, Alisa from Blue Pegasus. She couldn't help but let out a groan, shit everythink hurt and there were no sentences forming in her mind. Nothing she actually felt like thinking but the word; hunger...

She had little more than a vague idea as to how much time had passed since she'd first chained the redheard to the pillar. With such a goal in her mind, Alisa's patience was virtually limitless. Not to say she was fond of waiting, but she has all the necessary cool not to let frustration get to her...

Assessing the woman revealed little she didn't already know. The woman looked damaged, not from her brief fight with the sculptress, but something else too... Something she couldn't quite place, but most definitely related to what she'd seen as she walked out of the café. That said, the sculptress hadn't really met enough Vampires to have seen a blood starved one. Those fangs and blood magic put together were quite clarifying, but at this point, all she had going for her was a nudging suspicion.

In any other time, she'd have actually helped her. Alisa didn't really hate this woman, and obviously didn't enjoy putting her through such torment. But if doing so brought her closer to her goal, it mattered little, easily proved her aloof demeanor. Someone associated with the people she wanted to kill would get no mercy from her until they gave Alisa what they wanted. From that point on, she'd go back to not caring about their existence...

As she indulged in her own thoughts and these assessments of her less than willing informant, she nonetheless took in all but the slightest motions on the blood mage's part, and that way noticed when she finally awoke:

"Well then...", greeted Alisa, her tone as aloof and glacier as the first time. That of someone on a mission, someone who cared little for what completing it might entail, "Shall we try this again...? Who killed master Lance?"
