Tsubaki Blossom

"Just how confident are you?"

Today was the day. Tsubaki was finally going to leave the comfort of the guild hall and start to travel, and make new friends. She had been waiting for this day for a long time, and today was the day that she was actually going to face her fears and go out to make some friends. She left all of her books in her small space in the guild hall and only took a small bag, only containing a few clean outfits that she would wash regularly. She said her goodbyes to the few people she knew and walked out, trying not to look back to her home and go right back inside and never come out again. She walked to the edge of town, looking around at her home town one last time, and the took her first step outside of Hargeon, taking a breath of the air and let her hair flow back, the breeze just kicking in.

Her feet were gliding across the dirt paths through the forest of Magnolia, and she had passed through the city quite slowly. The city was so much more alive than Hargeon ever was, seeing as there still was a guild hall and the beach there, Magnolia was filled to the brim with people and it was just so alive, better than anything she had ever seen. "Hmm I should probably keep going, there are a lot of people around here and I don't want to get stuck!" she whispered to herself before quickly walking through the city streets, making sure to avoid bumping into anyone. She remembered reading in a book that this city was where the guild called Fairy Tail stayed but she really didn't have the time to go and look around for it even though she really wanted to. She had heard about so many talented people that were in that guild, like Tori Lancaster, one of the best she had ever heard of. Of course those were just rumors she had heard walking around town, so maybe it wasn't as good as it seemed.

She walked through the rest of Magnolia pretty quickly, only stopping to get a drink at a small shop. It had grown late, and the nearest city she knew of was called Era, and it seemed like a good place to stop for the night, get a hotel room, and continue her journey the next day.
