Kenny wandered through Aldenwald first, a lost soul with nothing to his name but the clothes on his back and shattered memories that he wanted gone. He didn't know what to do with himself at this point, he couldn't kill himself, he couldn't hurt himself, he could only wander about the place alone and hungry as he thought about all the bad he's done. Sure, he wasn't a good man nor was he a bad man, but he wanted to get a step in life no matter what it took now he was on his own in this lost land a lost Shepard or sheep on his own wandering through the thickness of Aldenwalk on his own. There were rumors about this place but he did not care what came into action around him, all he cared about was walking alone on this path until he got the courage to return home and face his family.

He had sent a letter home telling he would be returning, but detailed that if he didn't come home he had changed his mind, what a world this was of all things. He couldn't dare face the family that had such high hopes for him, he needed to stay alone for a while, fix himself.

Nathan could smell a vamp in his vicinity nearing him. Only a fool would tread these parts of the Aldenwald, unless they were capable enough to form a threat to the packs roaming this section of the woods. He turned his body towards the direction of the smell and took a deep breath to process everything. As he exhaled, he noted nothing distinguished about the smell. It was a scent not worth to be savored. He had hoped to encounter one of the loyalists of the Malkavians or Draculians tonight to get some answers out of them about, but this would have to do. He lunged himself into the direction of the smell to find his prey. Instead of masking his presence, he seeped out a monstrous amount of mana. What stood a few meters in front of him when he reached the crux of the scent was a tall young man with long black hair.

"Sent to spy by the Malkavians or Draculians?" Nathan asked with an aloof expression on his face.

Kenny had his hands in his pockets, in hips lips sat a toothpick. He didn’t know much of Aldenwald, he walked through with nothing in his intent, though the farther he went the more intimidated he felt. The air was tense, but he kept his head held high as he attempted to make his way through the place. He looked around, this place was like nothing he had ever seen before, it had a certain feel to it really. He felt comfortable, but for some reason he could feel knots forming in his stomach. Maybe it was all for not but he did not understand much of anything he felt anymore. Something must have been approaching as he tread through the forest, but he didn’t see anyone on the path. Must have been his imagination playing tricks on him. He couldn’t let his head get to him just yet, he knew what he was doing. For the most part he understood his surroundings, how strange this place was. Large, dense, and eerie as all hell. The feeling in his head was similar to a nat buzzing in the heat of summer, it just wouldn’t go away and soon would come into full effect as a voice crossed him.

“Malkavians or Draculians?" he repeated the named, “I can’t say I know either of those people, I’m just wandering through on my way home.”

It seemed that the man in front of him was not even a lowlife spy of the Malkavians or Draculians. Nathan didn't know his agenda nor did he care to find out. He pressed his feet firmly into the ground causing the autumn leaves underneath his boots to make a crackling sound. He closed the distance between himself and the man with a quick dash as he held his right hand out in front of him. The leaves behind Nathan launched into the air, dancing around the two men as they started to fall down gradually. Nathan's fingers were penetrating deep into the throat of the lonesome vamp who had found his demise tonight in these parts of the woods. As Nathan opened his mouth to feast upon his flesh, he smelled something interesting. “Valerian blood?” It smelled purer than any Valerian blood he had ever smelled before. He had faced a first generation Valerian once, but this scent was even more delicious than that. It moved at a speed he had never experienced before. His heart began to pump faster, while he had no quarrel with the Valerians he would not miss out on the chance to battle a progenitor. Nathan pulled out his bloodied fingers from the man's esophagus and disappeared into the night searching for that delicious scent.
