Name: Heavy Water
Rank: D

Requirements: Nymph's Blessing Magic
Type: Debuff - Speed
Element: Water
Range: 5 Meters
Cooldown: 1 Posts
Duration: Sustain
Effect: The user creates a ball of water above an open palm, the ball being about 50cm in diameter, that hovers in front of them for a short time before flying towards a target with the wave of an arm in the general direction of the target. If the projectile lands, it drenches the target in heavy water - water that weighs more than normal water - impairing their speed. It takes 5 points from speed, the amount for a D Rank debuff.

Duration: Instant
Effect: The caster is required to hold their hand out in front of them, towards their target. Once they've taken aim, a short geyser of scalding hot water shoots out in a cone for a short time before stopping. It can also knock a small person back about 1 to 2 feet depending on how close to the caster they are.

Type: Self-Buff - Strength
Element: Water
Range: 0 Meters (Self)
Cooldown: 1 Posts
Duration: Sustain
Effect: With a clench of a fist and the reciting of the name of the spell, the user's fist is surrounded by a small wave of water. The water floats about 5 cm from the user's fist and it reaches all the way up to their elbow before dissipating. This can also be spread to weapons, but the weapon would lose it's sharpness though increase it's blunt damage. It gives 5 points to strength, the amount of a D Rank buff.

Type: Supplementary
Element: Water
Range: 5 Meters
Cooldown: 1 Posts
Duration: Sustain
Effect: With a stamp of the casters foot, a clone appears next to them. The clone looks nearly identical to the caster except for the fact that it's obvious that it's made out of water. The clone cannot leave the range of the spell and when it's destroyed it turns into a puddle. Another clone can be made from this same puddle and multiple clones can be made in the same post, up to two, adding to the mana cost and can be done during the duration. The clone can deal D Rank physical damage and can only take 1x D Rank worth of damage.

Venus Rosé

Heavy Water:

  • Please describe a motion to cast the spell.
  • Mention that it does D-Rank debuff to the enemy.


Water Boom:

  • Approved.


Cephissus:

  • Please state that it grants D-Rank strength buff to the user or the weapon.


Narcissus:

  • Cooldown for D-Rank spells is only 1 post.
  • Is the clone able to do damage?
  • How much damage is the clone able to take before getting destroyed?


Feel free to add one more spell since you get free 5 D-Rank starters. Bump when edited.

Bump!

Added a wave of an arm to Heavy Water.
Added sentences at the end of Heavy Water, Cephissus, and Narcissus
Fixed CD for Narcissus

Venus Rosé

Narcissus:

  • Clones aren't able to cast spells however, they can do physical damage to the enemies.
  • Creating more clones doesn't have to be after the cooldown, but you'd have to pay the same mana cost for each additional clone.
  • You can cast one additional clone in the first post and infinite in the next as long as you have enough mana.
