In the Last Episode:

Arisa looked at the girl who was somewhat her friend, Alisa. A small smile appeared on her lips as she would grab a fork and stab a piece of fruit that was rather juicy and really good. She wondered where this fruit came from as the nectar was getting to her. Slowly the fruit made her feel somewhat of a buzz and her mind was becoming rather loose. She giggled as she listened to the girl as she totally forgot for a moment on what they were talking about. ''What are we doing?'' she wondered as she would then turn her head, looked around once more and then back at the girl. Her hands would clench onto the blanket and get kind of nervous. 'Who was this? Oh man...' she thought softly as she then got up and started to walk away for some reason. She looked and felt lost. Her mind was just out-there as she would walk away from the girl and towards who knows where.
~~~~
Current:
Arisa continued to walk to an unknown path that has yet to sink into her mind. Her sunset eyes dimmed while it was as if the sun itself has vanished. True enough she could see and her eyes were open, but her mind was blank to the point that she couldn't process on what was going on. Mentally it was like a meeting room between the personalities and what some may call 'different souls of the lost souls' s they were arguing over the case. It was like to body itself was working on it's own spiritually as the brain put the body on auto-control. Her feet sunk into the sands as she walked her way forward.
Her ears didn't process the hearing of Alisa speaking to her and neither would she realize she followed her at this point. Soon enough she would turn to the left, walked forward, turned to the right, walked forward and then in the middle-of-nowhere she would finally hit the entrance of this random cave. The beginning was dark and no where to be seen of what was inside. Slowly her lips opened to gasp the cold air that was within this cave while her mind partly was now in control. ''Where am I?'' she wondered. It felt like her memory was gone. She didn't know who Alisa was right now as her 'base' thoughts that controlled her memory were dumbfounded.
As Alisa left, she knew she couldn't exactly leave the girl to wander aimlessly, without the slightest idea of what had happened to her. It looked as if she'd suddenly gotten distracted (not unlike the artist when she spotted something beautiful or had an interesting thought) but went further than that to her completely forgetting their conversation. She could probably find out once she met up with her, for the girl didn't look back for a single moment as she walked along the shoreline, before turning towards the crevice.
"What's so interesting about that place?", she thought out loud, narrowing her eyes at the cave's entrance as Arisa quickly disappeared into it. She paused for a moment, resting one hand on her hip as the other adjusted her swimsuit, particularly the string tied cleavage going all the way down to her navel.
This seemed like a bad place to wander in while completely lost out of your mind, so Alisa wouldn't have waited more than a couple of seconds before chasing after Arisa, her pace calm but faster than usual, allowing her to catch up to her
"You wandered a good bit didn't you?", Alisa called out, looking cool and friendly as ever, before tilting her head ever so slightly and letting her ponytail  drape down her shoulder, "What's so interesting about this place?", she'd ask, looking around. Rocks here, rocks there, rocks everywhere she turned.
Thankfully, there were also quite a few holes to let some sunlight in, just enough that they look around without bumping into rocks at every step.
After she stopped and questioned about where she was she heard a voice from behind. 'Who?' she wondered all lost as she turned her head a little to look behind her. The girl with the dark hair and red eyes would be there. Swiftly she looked forward and then continued to walk as she listened to what she had to say. The violet haired babe would sway her hips as she walked naturally and upon each walk her chest would move and yet defy gravity. Her darkened eyes would stare forward and walk. The ground was smooth like polished marble, but it wasn't marble she was going into. In her mind she would hear something, a story at that as she was mentally not in reality. Instead, she would hear these voices speak and tell of her history, knowing of what really happened.
Within the Country of Sin, Arisa was born from her mother, Kuriana. She had many siblings as Kuriana either invented with soul mutation or experimented on different people and DNA. She was never truly successful to get a child that appealed to her till Arisa finally came up. Her eyes were set when she saw the potential that Arisa had, a hidden light to her. Soon she would have a couple more children with the man she fell in love with, Arisa's sperm donor. Later in some years as Arisa turned about eight or so, she killed him by accident during a rampage. With her first magic (nature), she mutated a plant into a monster that ate her father.
Kuriana wasn't really the same after that as she really saw Arisa as her, more than anyone would be able to tell. She had to plan it long and hard as time was running out for her. Kuriana watched her children play along as she would then go to her friend, Judith and told her the plan in which she was about to sacrifice herself by letter.
It wasn't a normal sacrifice, no. Kuriana drugged her own daughter and carried her to the basement. After that she would place her i the middle of a symbolic circle, having it shine she would then put her own soul into Arisa to later control once her breakage point was broke.
The voice stopped for a moment as her foot then stepped on a rock. ''Ouch.'' she spoke as she would turn turn to see if Alisa was there. Her mind was somewhat back, but she then went back into the state. As they would get deeper into the cave though there were three ways to go into the cave.
Left, middle or Right
Arisa stopped and then spoke in a ghostly calm manner. ''Which way to go?''. The right side lead to something that had some light to it but was dimming. The left had some red light glowing out of whatever was in that room. The middle had a white light to it glowing out of it. Which way to go? She didn't want to leave and her mind, soul and body was dragging her to the cave itself. What was this place exactly and what was in here? Arisa would prepare herself for anything as a part of her was there at least...
Arisa - with all her supple, gravity defying perk - constantly strove for the Pegasus' attention. She didn't really need to struggle hard or anything like that, at least not normally. But this time Alisa knew she needed to be careful, alert, constantly on the lookout for obstacles. Mostly inanimate objects, but as she had little to no idea of what she might find in the cave, animate beings might eventually become a problem too. Especially when the lilac haired beauty seemed completely absent of her surroundings, turning to face the Pegasus but with a distant gaze, looking at her but not really seeing her.
She didn't know how long the girl would be like this - or even what this was - but as she had grown to this age, Alisa no doubt suspected she'd be able to deal with it, possibly even snap out of it. But she wouldn't leave it up to chance... They hadn't known each other for that long, but she couldn't help think of the girl as a friend and look out for her as she would for those in her guild. That said, she couldn't help feel frustrative over the girl's secretive nature, no doubt believing that if she knew a little more about Arisa, she'd have been in a better position to give her the helping hand she needed.
The taller girl still lead the way, oddly enough, occasionally looking towards Alisa; it appeared that on some level she still acknowledged her presence and maybe even found comfort in it. And for good reason: The very moment she stepped on the rock, the Pegasus closed the gap and rested one hand on her shoulder on reflex, all but ready to catch her should she trip and fall, "It's alright.", she'd speak with a calm and soothing tone, her voice throaty and melodic as she did everything she could to put the girl at ease. Eventually they arrived an intersection where they had three options to pick. Considering lack of light as one of their current problems, Alisa pitched her two cents, looking into the other girl's eyes, "We should go with that one.", she said, pointing at the white light path, "If nothing else, it means we'll be able to see a little better than this..."
And if the girl agreed, she would walk beside the taller girl as they made way, ready to assist her however needed as her eyes focused mostly on the path before them...
Thankfully, there were also quite a few holes to let some sunlight in, just enough that they look around without bumping into rocks at every step.
Her eyes looked forward all dull and darkened. Arisa wasn't sure on which way to go and waited for her newly friend to pick which way. Each and every 'room' had its own thing going on. She was super curious on which one Alisa was choosing. A small smile appeared on her lips as she would then hear the woman speak. She pointed towards the white cave area and told her that one. Simply she understood and walked towards it. Carefully would she walk to it and as soon as they would go in, the way out would be blocked due to a large door-like structure. It had a design of a mask on it in the middle with squiggles and weird patterns on the outer part. The floor was made out of soft material yet still nothing like sand. ''Wonder why... Why did it close? Did you do something?'' she wondered softly and turned her head over to the woman. 'Enough.' spoke a dark voice
in her head as she would hear the voices continuing to argue.
'She shall go forward and we shall wait.' spoke one and then the others would disappear. Her eyes opened a little more with her sunset eyes now darting forward. ''Where are we?'' she questioned again as she would look around, head moving yet body staying still. Her sunset eyes would be curious, but they obviously were moving forward. Slowly she walked with Alisa to a 20 meter room that was half-sphere shaped as the floor was solidly straight forward. In the middle of the room there was a hand sticking out of the ground. The arm itself was sickly thin, still had skin and was pale white. The hand had somewhat sharp nails with some red stained on them. She could see that far due to the light from some unknown source. Slowly Arisa used her right hand to put back her long hair behind her ear as she sighed. ''That hand is somewhat random, but it has something in its grasp...'' she spoke as she slowly took another step, slanted her eyes to see what it was. It looked like a key. ''A key... But for what?'' she wondered again as she turned to look at Alisa, twisting her body. ''Should I grab it or...?'' she wondered curiously. There was only one direction to go, but the key could be used for something later or even the way out in the future. Did she want to go for it?...
The tall girl agreed to her suggestion and so they headed into the brightly lit room, hoping they'd at least be able to see where they were going for once. Yet even as they moved forward with Alisa carefully watching her step, they could do nothing to a stop a large set of eerie doors from sealing shut behind them.
"A pressure trap...? No, I didn't feel anything", Alisa commented with a serious, somwhat worried gaze; deeming that to be the most likely explanation as she looked between the door and Arisa. Troubling news as this implied there could be other traps nearby, just waiting to be sprung, but the worst part was her inability to even feel the ground shifting underneath, "Well, no way out now... Let's keep going.", she said, looking at her friend and wondering how she was doing.
She seemed comfortable walking, so the two girls pressed on, close enough to occasionally rub shoulders and they moved side by side. The sculptress excelled at staying cool under pressure, exactly what she planned on doing here even as things kept taking a turn for the most troubling. The Pegasus narrowed her eyes at the eerie sight of an arm sticking out of the ground, holding a bunch of keys as if on offer. Despite her curiosity demanding she grab and examined the whole thing, one look at Arisa was all it took to dispel those intentions into nothing:
"Keys dangling right in the middle of the room? This smells like a trap if I've ever seen one.", answered Alisa, fully conscious she had a person beside her to protect. Had she been alone, she might have tried to dislodge the keys of the hell of it; if she felt confident in dealing with the consequences. And on some level she did, but then again she also didn't know what Arisa was capable of in her right state of mind, let alone like 'this'. Not to mention still not knowing what 'this' really was, "Not to mention a door sealing behind to lock you in just before you see the Keys? Almost like whoever build this intended you to grab them."
In the end she knew more things than the things she didn't. Maybe she'd find out more as they moved on through the cave, but for now, Alisa found it exceedingly convenient to have keys presented to her right after sealing herself in, and had virtually no doubt this would trigger a trap of some sort. So instead of worrying about unlocking the way out, she'd focus on the way forward:
"If it turns out we need them, we can always come back to this room.", smiling and offering Arisa a hand, she tried her best to reassure her anxious partner by burying her own unease
The keys looked rather nice to grab and what if there was something for them to unlock? It was beating her curiosities. Her mind was looking at the light touches of the hand and its pale texture. It was like some ghoul and the nails already tore apart whoever it was. Eyes cornered as Arisa listened to Alisa and her words. She tried to explain the reasons on why it was a bad idea to even grab a hold of the keys to begin with. Slowly she bit her lower right side of her lip with her right canine. It was really tempting, but the girl was right. Slowly Arisa's hand would flip her lilac vibrant hair to the side, over her shoulder and walked around it.
While she walked around it she stared at the arm and hand, going towards the opening part of the room. It would honestly only take about two minutes as she would then reach the entrance of the next room. Alisa chose to not have Arisa nor herself to grab the keys therefore, they would go onto the next room instead of getting the keys. Who knows what the keys would hold. Sadly as soon as they would go onto the next room, the opening part would shut like the entrance did at the beginning. Quickly she jumped a little like a feline, turned and saw that it was shut. ''I wonder if this will happen in every room we exit.'' she spoke and wondered out-loud. She shook her head, walked more forward in a straight hallway of stone, crystals layering on the ceiling. Now there were two ways to go, left or right. One was a light room and the other was a dimming room that showed light at one moment and then disappeared. It would continue like this as she would then look at Alisa, lost.
Nothing happened as the two of them walked past the keys. Arisa looked at them with an almost longing curiosity, a feeling Alisa understood. But right know, her priority was not only guiding, but guarding the tall lost girl until she became, well, not as lost. Then again, who knows how long that would take. As they walked past, the sculptress all but gasped when another door shut behind her, without warning, and turned around warily, charging mana into her fist... And saw nothing worth attacking or even noticing: No way of seeing what was spawning these doors. Quite obviously magical in nature, but that's all she could gleam.
The thought of having those keys sealed off forever did ring an alarm, so she immediately started brewing a plan to get back if by some reason they became stuck inside.
"We should find something eventually, don't worry.", answered Alisa, once more touching her friend's arm reassuringly. She couldn't stop thinking about Arisa as a friend, even though they hadn't known each other for long. Especially surprising were the crystals forming overhead, and the sculptress could no longer stop herself, gazing intently at their infinite beauty. She could even see her reflection on some of them, "My, so pretty~...."
She looked away just in time to see the road splitting into two this time. One path held a constant, alluring glow while the other a flickering, shady pulse, and naturally, she once more picked the path where it would be easier to see, "Alright, let's turn right.", she'd suggest, following the light, offering her hand with a comforting smile.
All the while she couldn't help but imagine what they might find in there - in between looking at Arisa - silently hoping it wasn't something she'd need to fight over. She'd be at a disadvantage protecting the violet haired woman... If that happened, she'd have to be quick, decisive, and resolute, and no doubt use a powerful spell to finish it quickly.
Arisa walked with Alisa as if they have been best friends forever, standing close and to where the 'other' side felt no danger with her. Her arms dangled against her wide hips as she swayed them. Her long violet wet hair would soon dry from the time that the two swam for a quick moment. Being in this cave felt like it has been hours, but it was possible that it has only been one hour. It was timeless in here like Wonderland. The only thing that was missing was all the craziness. It was quiet and maybe it had to do with the fact they've been avoiding touching anything.
A moment went on by as she was thinking deep into her thick skull that what happened was going to be okay. Maybe she'll get over him and find someone better. Only time would be able to tell, but unfortunately, she wasn't a Fortune teller. ''Do you think... telling someone you'd want to spend your last day with them as... too much?'' she wondered as they walked through the tunnel with crystal ceilings. She was holding her tears and kept an expressionless face. Taking a deep breather she wondered more about him. Maybe her judgement of him being the one was too soon. Yes. That was it, wasn't it.
It was almost as her 'mother's past life where she would give it her all, but it wasn't enough. In the story, Kuriana had 'everything' taken from her by the guy and for everything she tried for him. Slowly without noticing the man became uninterested and walked away from her. She was left alone in the abyss. In Arisa's lost mind she could see all this as some voice was explaining to her of some story. She saw a woman who had two appearances. One had red blood eyes and snow white hair. Her physique was almost like hers, but she had a smaller waist. The second one had appearances that never stayed the same. That one seemed lost, but it was kept as a mystery. Arisa looked on-about at the crystals, seeing her reflection. Was she even pretty? If so, why did he truly leave her like he did? She.. just wants to fix things. Finally, something was coming as noises that were getting closer could be heard. A normal person won't be able to tell from which way, either from behind, above, below or front.
Nothing else happened as they moved to the cave, though Alisa kept being careful and staying close to her new friend, never knowing when the time may come when she'd need to defend her. On the other hand, it made everything extremely dull, and bored people ultimately become more prone to making mistakes. The sculptress kept casting glances at Arisa every so often, and she looked just as bored as Alisa herself tried not showing. Despire her otherwise silent demeanor, the violet haired beauty eventually spoke up, asking a question not too different from the one she asked earlier. Were her memories getting back to her? If so, maybe Alisa's answer could help them along:
"I'd say it depends on how and when you say it. And most of all it depends on the person. Some dream about hearing those words the very moment they develop feelings for someone, while others abhor the very idea of anything like them.", she answered with a understanding, but no nonsense smile, repeating words her mother had said to her when she yet lived, "I like to believe things happen when they have to... No sooner, and no later."
She knew next to nothing about this man and thus found herself in no position to be giving specific advice... Though the look on Arisa's face hinted at someone who had lost all hope. Little did Alisa know that she had actually met this man once before - though he would have looked much different - and despite this she'd still be in no position to council. Though they had met, she couldn't really say she 'knew' him. Maybe if the tall girl talked about him some more, she could come close to figuring it out...
"There's something up ahead...", Alisa uttered, narrowing her eyes and nonetheless watching all directions for she couldn't hear exactly where the sound was coming from. Since it had started randomly as they moved forward, she naturally assumed whatever was making it would be up ahead, but the only way to really be sure was, "Let's keep going. But since we don't know what's out there, stay close to me, okay?"
Deep down, she actually hoped whatever appeared would result in Arisa having to reveal what strength she posessed, so Alisa knew how carefully she'd need to protect her and how much free reign she'd have to fight. But no matter what, she didn't want to let the girl hurt herself, so if all went as intended, the Seraph might have no chance to reveal her true power.
She stood still as she was close to Alisa. Arisa wasn't sure on the exact feet or meters of how far she was from her, but it was close/far enough. The area of the cave was getting cold and the crystals were starting to rumble lightly as whatever it was, was getting closer. The thing was slow walking right now. She could tell that much. Her mind wasn't fully here though and so far it was okay. Her eyes lowered and gazed at the ground while thinking. She was sure that the monster or whatever it was was at least ten meters away. Due to the area of the cave, it was sure to echo. If the monster was closer, Arisa would believe it'd be obvious on how close it was as it'd get louder.
A small smile went and appeared on her lips as she would then be shocked that a crystal looking figures appeared. 'That... was fast.' she thought as she would shake her head, trying to shake out of her state. For some reason her brain, mentality was not really working. 'Wake up dammit!' she thought in her head and pressed her hands on her temples. 'What's wrong with me?!' she yelled in her head. 'Poor thing.' spoke the darker voice as she chuckled. The figure was almost as tall as the cave in height. The cave was taller though by three feet. In total though the height of this area was five meters and the length was unknown. The monster itself was almost five meters to that point. The crystal creature glowed beautifully and it was as if it was sculptured and brought to life. She hoped and felt bad for Alisa as Arisa tried fighting her mental state.
That thumping sound kept getting louder, and at this rate it wouldn't take long before the culprit showed itself. A large, radiant crystal golems, its arms sharp like spears and it's body sturdy like a diamond. The Pegasus narrowed her eyes, taking in the opponent and the surroundings, "It doesn't look friendly at all.", Alisa commented with a sardonic smile. It didn't look like it would be easy... Alisa felt a little strange fighting crystal monsters, as this creature looked like something her own magic might be able to create. It even matched her usual color!
Yet it gave her no time to admire its shimmering beauty, immediately shooting a huge crystal shard at the two girls. With how close they were, it was hard to tell exactly who he was aiming at, but it mattered little in the grand scheme of things. She barely had time to raise her wide open palm, conjuring a wedge shaped barrier between the monster and the two of them.
Used 100 Mana:
The two crystals collided with a shattering rumble, momentarily obscuring view of the monster as Alisa stood on guard, addressing Arisa without talking to her, "Are you alright?"
The dust cloud soon faded just enough that she could see the outlines of her massive, but slow opponent, prompting her forward sprinting counter attack
Seeing the opening, Alisa sprinted forward. This was a risky manouver she'd normally not execute if not pressed for time, and forced to deal as much damage as she could do the monster. As she reached closer, she crouched, planting her rear foot forwards pointing to the side, then kicking off
"CHAAAAAI!", with a bellowing Kiai, she stretched her right leg into a flying side kick, before twisting her body another 180º into a left flying back kick. Considering the monster's size, even jumping this high only allowed her to hit its right leg, but the total damage from the double kick was bound to slow it down somewhat.
She executed the final kick with every bit of pushing power she could muster, using it to kick herself off the creature and helping put some distance. She'd be airborne for a split second, however, and for this reason she might need her spells if she was forced to defend herself, as she couldn't dodge in midair. 'Did I get it', she wondered to herself, not peeling her eyes away even for a moment.
Her eyes were dimming slowly as she lowered her gaze at the ground. Something was giving her this feel, a chill. It was like some type of coldness was coming from the floors beneath her, but how was that possible? The flooring of the cave was solid, wasn't it? Arisa would still 'space off' into her own abyss. The crystal monster would roar in its own way as it was more of a screech. The creature flailed its arms and then looked towards Arisa who was right next to Alisa as the black haired girl stayed close by. Suddenly he shot a large structure of a crystal at the violet haired beauty. 'Wake up!' she yelled in her head as her body was in a statue-like state.
'I'm sorry...' she thought as she couldn't move. 'Pitiful. Aren't you?' a dark voice spoke and chuckled. She couldn't see the person who the voice came from so it was a good guess that it was obviously from her mind. 'What do you want?!' she spat frustrated as in her mind she stood and watched into the darkness at what seemed like nothing. The structure came for her. 'Clink' Was all that was heard as Alisa shielded the crystal, but her shield would shatter and be no more. The guardian wasn't happy and therefore he would get ready to attack and go towards them, but before he could the woman of black hair would go towards him. Before he could even deflect it felt the moves, but this wouldn't stop it. No. He would screech once more and charge towards them and if anyone was it's it's track, it would uppercut with it's spear looking arm at the target. ''RAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAOR!'' it screeched and charged forward at it's speed.
Alisa clicked her tongue... Not only did the crystal monster not seem that hurt despite for a few chips and cracks, he kept charging at Alisa with his pointed spear. Fortunately, he wasn't exactly fast, meaning the crystal mage had plenty of time to her her hands in the way, clenching her fist as she grabbed the monster's spear, just as it released it's spell. Alisa would employ strongest spell, Vajradeha. It could project her crystallizing touch over a distance like a whip, but this time, Alisa was interested in a different aspect of the spell. The clenching action unleashed a torrent of magic power in a single instant, making the very air feel denser with the sheer pressure of it. But instead of releasing the whip, she concentrated the power in her hand as it grabbed the releasing ice spike, shattering and crystallizing about a meter's worth of her enemy's arm, easily proving the superior power of her own magic.
500 Mana used:
As she did this, her body too transformed, the tattoo on her body glowing and turning the dark haired woman's entire form to pure, adamantine white. The whip extended from her clenched fist at the same time, coiling around the creature's spear arm and reaching towards it's head. Next turn, she'd start crystallizing it from the head down.
"You're defenitely not ruining my swimsuit.", declared the sculptress turned diamond goddess, quickly dropping to the ground after grabbing onto the enemy's spear, if only for a second.
With this grip on her enemy, she'd hold his arm down and quickly dash to the slow moving golem. She'd land and pivot on her left foot for a quick low kick at the foe's weakened leg, follwed by a swift left jab, and finally right and left hooks. Each hit would chip away at the crystal on the beast's leg, and with a final left roundhouse, she'd pull back. She kept her body loose and flexible, tensing only behind each hit, meaning she'd perfectly capable of disengaging if she saw the enemy counter attacking. By watching his wobbling and how he distributed and shifted the weight around, she'd constantly get a somewhat accurate sense of where an attack could come from.
She'd dash away three meters after the kick, flicking her left hand up and summoning another spell, examining the monster as crystal rods erupted below its feet. As she'd constantly remain between the monster and Arisa, Alisa expected to take the full brunt of the enemy's attack. And to get past this, she'd need to overcome it.
600 Mana used:
Alisa was burning through her mana pretty fast. She hoped to have a chance to rest after finishing this foe, recover some of her magic power for any other fights to come...
Arisa would have her gaze still lowered as she had her palms against the rocky floors. The crystal guardian was charging at full force as he roared towards the black haired woman. It didn't care who they were, it just wanted them the get the fuck out. ''ROOAR..'' he would screech as it then stopped suddenly seeing the woman change into some unique form. Things happened in a flash compared to anything its ever seen other than the boss themselves. He would roar and squirm causing some sort of earth quake. Arisa was still on the ground away from Alisa and the crystal-like guardian. What was he truly guarding anyways? Could it be treasure? Could it be possibly another monster or creature that she has never seen before? None of that really mattered as she was on her knees still, gazing down and sorrowing over what has happened. Truly it made her weak as it hit her spot of sensitivity. The monster was down like in some wrestling match; all pinned with its leg up. The guardian was not done just yet, no. The damage could be felt, but alas it wasn't giving up. It knew the distance and how fast it could go if it did a certain thing. If he was going down, so would the next. It's fist would pound several times as it was pinned by its leg and so forth with a free hand. Sudden a crack that shifted the caves shape would appear behind him. Within 20m/s the ground the violet hair beauty was sitting on collapsed into a dark hole as if she was in the abyss already.
Arisa's heart would jump as it was beating rapidly. For some reason her mind wasn't reacting still and an unknown fall as having her crash down. This felt like once again: Wonderland. Her mind was exploding with pain as she fell down. Her body felt lifeless. 'Wake up... please.' spoke another voice in her head. It wasn't the darker voice and it sure hell wasn't her own. Who was it? Her body fell and dropped into another room. This room was quite larger as it was 40 meters diameter. The strangest part was that her fall didn't hurt and her mind was awake more than it was. 'Strange... Who was that voice?' she wondered. Slowly she got up, dusting off her legs and as she tried to get up fast, her legs wobbled. It was like a new born doe trying to walk for the first time. Her head wandered with her eyes as she wondered what this place was. The area was so dark though, she could barely see... ''I'm alright!'' she yelled... hoping that Alisa could hear.
The creature had no way of stopping any of the attacks Alisa threw at it, nor did it appear to try very hard. In the process, she'd effectively neutralized one of its arms and all but crippled one leg, yet even then it still attempted to move around, for all the good it did him. It bellowed a quaking, pain filled roar, hinting that on some level, Alisa was getting throught its thick shell.
Soon, the inevitable counter attack finally came, just as Alisa started retreating. Though the attack itself came fast, the creature's huge size and slow speed meant Alisa had plenty of time to see the downwards attack coming in advance, and put an extra meter between herself and the crystal beast. She expected it to try and shoot yet another crystal shard just like it had been doing up until now, but this was not the case. Instead, it slammed its arm down on the ground, piercing through the rockbeat with a rumbling boom.
"W-what..?!", surprised, Alisa looked on wide eyed but fortunately didn't take longer than a split second to realize what the monster wanted.
To trigger a cave in.
In a flash, the crystal user turned around and ran straight towards Alisa, just as the fissure started cracking its way through the ground. Once the ground finally collapsed under Arisa, the sculptress realized she had no option but to go along with her. Tapping her foot inbetween the run, she activated her thrusters with her body leaning forward, driving herself forwards at full speed while gravity pulled both girls down.
1025 Mana:
"Arisa!!", she called our frantically, only barely intercepting the girl as she fell down...  A merciful tackle if anything, as by holding on to her friend Alisa was able to swipe her whipping hand up, coiling the crystal beam against one of the natural crystal formations in the cave. She intended to use that as leverage, holding on to her new friend's dazed form while suspended over the abyss... Suspended on one arm with another person's weight to carry, only Alisa's strength kept her from dislocating her shoulder as the two of them dangled like ripe fruit.
Alas that didn't work out, as the precarious grip on the crystal formation soon broke apart, meaning Alisa's whip could no longer hold on to anything. But In the end, the violet haired woman would get a far more comfortable crash than the sculptress did, falling head first right into the welcoming valley of Alisa's cleavage. All in all, the whip absorbed some of the energy from the fall as they dangled, and afterwards Alisa's body absorbed some of Arisa's weight. She wasn't particularly heavy, but it was more than enough to hurt the Pegasus a good bit once she fell atop her
"Ouch...", groaned the sculptress, just in case her friend had yet to realize where she'dd fallen. She rise up sluggishly from the ground, wiping the dust off her crystallized body and reeling back the whip as she examined her surroundings, "What a mess we just dug ourselves into..."
She tried looking around, identifying what she could, but it proved damn near impossible with this darkness. Instead, she did what little she could and held on to Arisa's hand, "We need to find a way out of her. Let's try to find a wall and follow it.", she'd speak to a friend she could hardly even see anymore, approaching the wall and moving forward; one hand would remain on the wall to find her path, while the other remained firmly grasping Arisa's, ensuring they wouldn't get lost or separated...
She'd repress the crystallizing touch coming from her hands, ensuring she wouldn't hurt Arisa or crystallize fucking everything.
A small smile appeared on her lips as she fell. Not because of the fact that she was falling, but her head was against something rather warm. The embrace was something she wasn't use to. It wasn't the type of embrace feel that she got from a certain somebody, but it was more as if she got a hug from her mother. Her heart would beat as her hair flew in strands, different places. 'This feeling feels nice... Like... I feel lost in this warmness.' she spoke softly as she would still (in mind) be alone. The area was like an abyss that fell to nothingness, but surely it had an end.
Arisa was taller than the girl, but supposedly she would then feel more cushion against her butt. Her eyes opened from the darkness she was at and saw Alisa right there. ''Thanks for the crash landing.~'' she spoke in a joking manner with a giggle. After the dusting off of her legs and stuff she would stand tall in the dark room that was huge, standing right next to Alisa. Slowly she walked forward and wasn't quite sure on where they were going, but she agreed that they should find an opening, but then she stood still...
Her grapple was a success, allowing Arisa a far gentler landing that Alisa got for herself. Thus, she'd escape from the fall relatively unscatched while the sculptress stood up with quite a few bruises on her back, "You're welcome~", she replied cooly, smiling and chuckling even through the pain; it didn't really hurt that much once she got up, especially with Alisa's considerable pain threshold. She took a deep breath, letting the magic power seep freely from her body, undoing her crystalline transformation and going right back to the pink swimsuit she had one. The transformation had spared it of the worst of the damage, but it didn't look like Alisa might be wearing it again after this...
Shame, she really did like it...
It would be sacrificed for a good cause however, assuming the girls could actually make it out of this dungeon. It seemed like a stretch considering they were now stuck into a black pit without the slighest hint of light to guide the way. But since the sculptress held on to the other girl's hand, they would at least not get lost, and soon enough...
"There's something here...", Alisa muttered as her wandering hand finally happened upon something
Adventure: Unknown caves l. [Alisa:Arisa:Training] Riddle11
You've encountered the Masked Kid
Description: An unknown creature that will tell it's story and lead you to a direction if you solve its riddle. It loves riddles, but if you get it wrong... He will get pretty pissed and you'll receive an S rank hit. He walks funny and his body is made out of wood, but don't let that trick you because there's something watching within its shadow.
Arisa stood next to her friend, Alisa. Her sunset bronze eyes tried to see in general. The darkness was really overwhelming. If Alisa wasn't here, would her mind even comprehend all this without destroying whatever she could? Her long hair was such a mess from the fall, the dew of this cave and now she was all fatigued for some odd reason.  ''I guess we should. Hopefully the wall is close by and we don't trip on something.'' Arisa spoke calmly and soft. She bit her lower lip as she winced, wondering on what all will happen while they're down here. She was capable of moving and talking now, but her mind was still on a roll.
Slowly she walked with Alisa in a way that was unknown because they had no idea where they were going. Soon enough there was a hall or two, but one had that dimming lighting again. 'What's that dimming light?' she wondered. ''That dimming has been in every choice... Wonder what it was.'' Arisa spoke quietly to Alisa. Soon enough a creature appeared. It wasn't some normal weird creature, it had more of a human-like posture. It was on two legs, had arms, but it was made out of wood.
This thing was about six feet tall. Every movement it made had a shackle sound to it like a bunch of bones hung by a string. It had a mask on its face that could be from some unknown tribe, but its outfit was made out of nature of straw, leafs and maybe leather(?) At first it stood there silently, hunched over as its red-orange eyes glowed at the two. It was holding something as well, a lantern, but it had another creature in it that glowed like some fairy of some sort. ''Hehehoho.~'' it laughed in a husky male tone as if it was excited. ''You must be the ones that caused all this ruckus. Every time I followed I saw no one! Hiddlly-didly-do.~ Now I must ask as I haven't seen a sight of neither of you. Would you like to play a game? A riddle or two?'' it asked as its head moved more forward towards them with at least three feet of space. The smile on the mask was turned into a rather Cheshire cat-like grin as it waited for their answer.
Clearly neither her nor Arisa wanted to be here any longer than they had, and why would they? They couldn't see anything, and odds were they'd be liable to end up kicking a rock or something of the sort before actually finding a light at the end of the tunnel. Arisa, however, seemed better off after their little fall: Her speech resembled the kind she had at the beach before wandering off, and it appeared she had finally remember who Alisa was. Perhaps she even remembered her name, though the sculptress had yet to confirm that part. She'd so so eventually, at this rate it wouldn't be much longer...
The two girls followed the walls as the only form of guidance they could rely on, which meant they always wound up turning in the same direction; and this was no doubt the only idea they had as to how they were moving, though not so much where they were going. That was, until they spotted a dimming light:
"I'm not sure...", she answered, squinting and furrowing her brow as if that might help her get a closer look. It didn't, but as they walked towards the light, "But whatever it is, we're about to find out. I'd rather recover my magic power a bit more before picking another fight, so let's see if we can avoid that."
But it wouldn't be so easy now, would it? Soon enough they could spot a vaguely humanoid figure, which upon closer inspection revealed itself to be a living scarecrow. It didn't really look hostile despite it's eerie laughter, but Alisa remained on guard regardless, fully aware of how appearances could be decieving:
"Well, It wasn't really us who did it, but I guess you can put it like that.", pointed out the sculptress with a shrug, that perpetual cool smile plastered on her face without flinching. As the creature challenged them to a game of riddles, Alisa knew she'd be at a disadvantage. For all her intelligence, she wasn't really good at those, even if she kept that to herself for now, crossing her arms under her breasts and raising an eyebrow, "Sure, I don't mind playing with you; but, what do we get if I win? After all, we're so very tired from looking for the exit to this cave..."
Of course, she wouldn't exactly play along without haggling for something that would benefit her. She still had Arisa to protect, and an exit to locate. Until she did the latter, achieving the former would only get harder as time went on and she got more and more exhausted...
The creature chuckled in a rather sinister way, clapping its wooden hands. ''Ohhhohoho.~ You shall? You will? This pleases me so, but hopefully you get it right! My friend doesn't like those who aren't fun, who don't get it right... Quite the doomster they are.'' it spoke in its weird demonic playful tone. Its red eyes gazed towards the girl of the black hair and then violet, looking up and down at her with his wicked grin. Its head wobbled left and right like an actual puppet with its dangling body parts. Arisa looked at Alisa when she did agree to play its little game. 'Wonder what the riddle is...' she thought curiously. 'I don't trust this thing... Obviously there's darkness bounded to that... thing.' the voice spoke disgusted tone.
''You didn't do the riff-raff? I see I see!'' he spoke and clapped once more, prancing left and right like some dancing jester. After Alisa asked what they would win by winning, the creature stopped, had a thinking position and then stood straight while gripping it's lantern with his own creature in it that glowed blue with wings. ''If you win, you win. You win your life, you freedom, your way out. I shall show lilac beauty and black haired woman to the last room that has the exit. I can't promise all good will come, but it will be the last for sure.'' he spoke with a sinister laugh that could come from a child as much. ''Now then.. The riddle or... riddles perhaps.'' he laughed once more and clapped, prancing.
''I am used, abused and taken from what was a part of me. I come in all shapes and sizes and easily seen. I can be hard or soft. My lifespan cannot easily be scoffed. Living high or living low, I can even survive in the cold. What am I?'' he questioned and chuckles. It was fun to do this, oh yes. The creature looked at the two, waiting.
The wooden creature looked visibly excited by Alisa's acceptance, sounding rather grim in the way it described a friend that didn't like people who got it wrong... Almost like a madman would refer to its homicidal instincts... Which shouldn't be too far from the truth considering nobody else stood there, waiting to act upon such threats. Though the crystal sculptress didn't worry so much about a creature she could probably beat if she came to that, but rather how insulting it would be to get the answer wrong.
Alisa rubbed her chin, with a pondering look, glancing down and furrowing her brow, "Hmmm... So something living that gets torn to pieces and can weather the cold...", mumbling and thinking out loud was a habit of hers as her friend Arisa might have already noticed. It made it easier for people next to her to pitch in, people such as the angelic violet haired stunner beside her...
She really wasn't too good at riddles, but that didn't mean she had absolutely no idea. The whole "Used and abused, parts of me being taken out", when combined with lifespan reminded her only of a single life form. She was, of course, thinking about lifespan in a literal, and this naturally suggested plants, the most used and abused of all living beings, for the one simple reason that they do not move, leading to many treating them as things rather than life. But not all plants can survive the cold... Only a tree could weather even the most frigid of winters, but even then a tree could still be destroyed by too much cold. Yet a specific part of the tree didn't suffer this problem, and as such was naturally used as a raw material for houses in the most desolate of places,
"Is it wood?", she asked, tilting her head slightly as she raised an eyebrow inquisitively, pointing her finger elsewhere, aimlessly
Alisa eyed the creature with a mix of caution and curiosity, eager for the answer but also ready to defend herself. If she got it right, then she might recieve a clue essential to helping Arisa make her way out of this cave.
