Kiryu: A purple exceed with a whole lot of attitude. Likes to scrap a lot with folks but finds himself in trouble. He has ties to Phantom Lord guild. Since he has no partner he has been roaming the streets committing petty crimes.

Summary: Master Cesare has gotten word of a gang trying to expand in Oak Town. Someone called Kiryu managed to contact him before being captured, he had been down on his luck lately and having financial issues. To fix his problem he figured he would try to join them and rob them of their jewels. He went in and failed horribly due someone making fun of his hair. Also he ran out of magical energy, causing him to lose his human form. The gang does not appreciate getting fooled. The gang, called the Creeper, want to take over Oak Town, but Master Cesare is not fond of that idea. He needs one of his members to go in and speak with the boss of the Creepers. There are two choices given, recruit or extermination.

Enemies:

Botch: A lanky individual who has a extremely foul mouth. His body is completely wrapped up due to the several burns on it. He hates for people to see it so he keeps it under wraps. He is the second in command in the Creepers. He keeps a band of armed goons around him at all times.

Kruger: The leader of the Creeper gang and a rather large man. He strong armed his way into power and has quickly been gaining power through unconventional means. Rumor has it he eats mages he captures on the regular. He uses a Fire-type magic in combat.

Objective: Find the gang and give them the two options.

Details:

Create a topic in Oak Streets.
Master Cesare has chosen you to go out and take care of this mission.
Locate the gang's hideout
Go in and casually speak with the gang. Ask for the gang's bosses and proceed to bargain with them.
Meet the resident slave Kiryu and confirm his whereabouts.
At some point things will break down in terms of negotiation.
The gang will not accept the terms and will engage into battle with his second in command against the user.
At this point it will become a two versus two between the user and Kiryu versus the boss and his second in command.
Defeat them and escape the hideout with Kiryu.
Return to the Phantom Lord Guild and talk with Kiryu about a possible partnership.
